So the panels were placed on the roof in January. Here we are at the end of May and they’re still not activated. Went through most of this very long winter with $350 per month electric bills for heating. Not great

Installation of panels was quick and efficient. Generator was slow arriving and installed where gas wouldn't work and had to be moved. Signed contract on 2/7/2023 and it is now 4 months and system is still not up and running. Not very happy with service. Solar bank is not building up for next year. Costing me money because we are still not charging. Well it's now June 29 and I am still not up and running as of this writing.

Overall, my system is fine and running. The biggest thing, is that I was told that my 12 months no payments started when my system was turned on. It took them 8 months to get it complete and turned on. Now I find out, my 12 months no payments started when it was funded, so now that is up next month. I am not happy.
