This company has exhibited poor workmanship on install and lack of communications. They are doing thing to bypass standard inspections to move ahead with project that is 4 months behind. We have expressed to several staff that we wanted to terminate agreement and got no responded. Now they are saying that we only had 3 days to cancel after agreement was signed. That is weeks prior to any work being executed. Now they are attempting to strongarm us into continuing with them. Please run from this company, We also referred a good friend whom is now moving to cancel prior to install because of the same lack of communications exhibited by this company. PLEASE TO YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE PRIOR TO ANY INTERACTIONS WITH SIGOR SOLOR LLC. We have also filed complaint with the BBB.

Worst company I have ever worked with in my entire life. The worst customer service, follow up, and the worst results..The biggest waste of money in my entire life. My units break often, they do not produce as promised and my electric bills are over $400 a month even with panels--how is this possible. I'm a Realtor and know what people with similar sized homes spend on electricity. DO NOT USE SIGORA SOLAR! They are SO FRIENDLY and nice and accommodating until they get your money and then it is TERRIBLE!

They were able to replace my roof as well as install my solar system! They financed the entire project! I am very happy with their work and people!

One star is too much for Sigora! I signed a contract with Sigora a year ago to install solar at my home. Sigora never did any work, and now I am being charged through their finance company Mosaic for solar that was never installed. They won't even return my phone calls. My next call is to our Attorney General, Jason M!

Their warranty does not cover parts. I chose the battery backup option. My batteries failed within 1.5 years. Sigora will not repair and blames the Manufacturer which was LG and will not do anything.

Sigora's panels are super noisy in the wind. When asked to check the installation they demanded $350 prepayment. Basically Sigora doesn't support their work, they just cash your check and you are on your own.
