The initial installment was great. Fast forward to needing a new roof…. I reached out multiple times to schedule them to remove the panels to have the roof installed. It took me driving to their brick and mortar shop to get someone to help. Then once the rook was complete and they came back to reinstall the panels their team used some type of permanent red chalk that has stained y brand new jet black roof. It has rained multiple times since then and this stuff hasn’t washed off as the said it would. The suggested power washing or using a chemical which would void my warranty with the roofing company. Now nobody will return our calls. Customer service is lacking!
