Do not do business with these people. No service after the sale. We have a panel that quit working and cannot get ahold of anyone or get a return phone call. Tried for two weeks to get ahold of someone and only goes to voicemail. Finally got a return call and they said they’d be out. They called to cancel because it was to windy and said they’d be out on Monday. Showed up Monday at 11:45 and the guy just walked around the front yard and talked on the phone. Have tried repeatedly to call and find out what the problem is. Only goes to voicemail and no one will call back. Also all the tax form help they promise is non existent. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Worst company ever. They dont care about the customer. If you don't show any interest they will move on. They dont care about employees. Anthony and Joe Badino only care about how much money you're going go give them.

Buyer beware!! Between totally wrong info from 4 Rivers Electric and inefficient fact checking from Shinnova, our planned solar installation did not happen. Some individuals w Shinnova were very helpful. Others totally dropped the ball. We waited MONTHS to schedule install and then we could not. 4 Rivers had no room for us after saying that they did. My advice is to call your electric company first to see if they can do net metering. Go up the chain when you ask and write down names and dates. We were so very disappointed.

Hello , I agreed to purchase a solar system from shinnova solar in Oct. 2020 with the agreement that the system would be installed and producing energy before the end of dec. 2020 . Today 7 months later , after tons of phone calls and excuses on there behalf , I still dont have me system installed. The finance company has released the funds to shinnova solar and in July 2021 I will be making my first payment for my uninstalled solar system. Bottom line is , if had to do it all over again I would NOT purchase from SHINNOVA SOLAR.

I signed contracts for a Solar system a month ago. When I call for status the staff has no updates, and I have to ask specific questions to get an explanation of the process. No information is volunteered. The office staff is not helpful. I don't believe that it takes a month to put together a solar plan for a residential home.
