There needs to be way better communication. I had to proactively reach out to Seabright Solar multiple times to find out the status and then also to try to push to to get the the project done in the timely fashion. No updates.

So far I’m very impressed! Salesmen was great and gave us more information than other big name solar companies!! He wasn’t pushy and allowed us to discuss and make a sound decision!! I would recommend SunPower!!

From the start to the finish of my installation, Sea Bright kept me informed and up to date on every aspect of the job. The day after the panels were installed, we had a huge rainfall. I crawled through my attic and found they hit a rafter with every lag screw and there was not one drop of water to be found. They ran the electrical conduit through my attic and down the side of my house next to the downspout. I had them put all the equipment in my garage and they did a very neat, professional job. No regrets using them and I have no qualms recommending them.

This review is about the sales process: So far - working with Michael G. has been simple and a smooth process. He responds fast and answers all our questions. My husband and I worked with a company prior (they also sold Sunpower panels), they lacked in communication and we had to reschedule installation about 8 times. It was a breath of fresh air to speak with Michael. He provided us with all the information we needed, verbally and through email. I’m hoping the installation process goes just as smoothly.

We really loved working with Anthony P. He was really patient with us and was never pushy. He was also great in showing us all our options and made us really comfortable with every step of the process for our solar project.
