Sea Bright honored their work and helped me through an issue I experienced with my SunPower battery. Despite SunPower going out of business they go my battery back online. They lost one star for not updating me after their visits to my property.

The installation was straight forward. We've had panels removed and panels reinstalled several times and everybody's taken care of business and done a professional job. We've had some issues, but at the end of the day they have taken care of everything and all the issues that we have had. They've come through and solved all the problems and all the painting issues inside the house that were associated with it, so on all they've done everything that they needed to do.

The equipment so far seems like it's working. The installation process was kind of bad. Since the day they installed the panels for six months I had pieces falling off my roof and nails falling off my roof. I sent pictures to the sales person but they didn't say anything.

I had issues with my battery but was ultimately able to resolve it and have had no issues since then.

Overall good. Customer service was excellent, initial representative was attentive and very helpful, service during install was a bit less as I felt like they didn’t fully address some grievances. Installation was mostly good. Panels when up quick and were done in one day with no issue. Electrical installation was more troublesome and one of my few complaints. End up causing more work for me unnecessarily and didn’t really fix these issues, complaints didn’t really seem welcomed. If you are going to punch an extra unnecessary random hole in my wall at least you could fix it close to what it was instead of doing some half-ass job. It’s lucky I’m handy so I didn’t have to pay anyone. Would do again, panels are producing and exceeding expectations.

Satisfying, they did the work they had to do quickly and I haven't had any problems. They can be difficult to get a hold of sometimes.

Everything so far works very well. Installation went very well. They took care of everything and it didn't take that long for them to get paid.

Just like at the the first home that they did for me, their service was outstanding.
