I've been having problems with my system ever since I got my Tesla battery installed, I still been having a utility bill and I've been on them and they haven't done anything about it, it's been frustrating. We had an inspector that had to keep coming back out and now I'm kind of wondering why, because we probably didn't hook stuff up right. The equipment's great.

There were problems with the installation. The biggest problem we've had is that we're still paying $100 a month for our electric use. And we actually called them back and asked them if they could reassess and and and add some more panels and they never even got back to us.

It didn't go as smoothly as I would have liked. I didn't get a notification they were coming. It was months before they they could schedule it to come, and that was a problem. But they did eventually come. They did it all in one day.

Installation process went very well, very smooth, very easy, very professional. I love the ability to see it on our phones. They need to work on their service a little bit better because we did have an issue and they kind of skirted it around, which did not make me particularly happy.
