I live in Texas and everyone knows how the electricity is here. I had just moved into my new home and needed solar and didn’t know what i actually needed. Rise hooked me up with everything I needed. We had a really bad storm recently and people were without power for weeks. The first few hours I didn’t know we were running on backup until my neighbor ask how our lights were still on. When everyone didn’t have power I had power the whole time. Which was nice I even had family come over u till power was restored in the area. Their knowledge of everything that I didn’t know set me up with success and put our family at ease.

I have a solar rooftop array of 57 panels and 3 Enphase battery units which I bought from Rise over two years ago. This company has stood behind its product in exceptional ways. After the installation, my home had a direct hit lightning strike that burned a hole in my roof and damaged many electrical appliances. I learned that the history of lightning damage is that it may result in incomplete damage to electrical devices of all kinds. This was our experience. Rise and Enphase replaced all "injured" panels. Then, after our 18 month review showed the system to be slightly below their predicted output, they added additional panels at no charge. Having delt with two other solar companies when we previously leased our first small group of panels which were atrocious and completley unresponsive, Rise was a marked contrast. We have been happy in every way with their product, their installation and most importantly, their followup maintainance of our system. I recommend them unconditionally. If you want a solar system, this is THE COMPANY.

Rise Power with cooperation with the city of Westminster in Colorado and Solar Switch initiated a Solar Panel program for residents of Westminster. We accepted a proposal from Rise Power to implement, setup and install solar panels on our home and we are so glad we did. From the beginning to the end, Rise Power took care of everything, the permitting with the city, determining the best location for the panels, working with Xcel Energy, and having the best installers to put the panels on our roof. There are so many people to thank, it was a team effort. The staff at Rise Power were great in keeping us in the loop with phone calls and emails, and the installers were fantastic, they put the panels on the roof when it was one hundred degrees outside and finished and cleaned up in one day. Overall, the entire process was very clear, well managed and especially well executed. We would recommend Rise Power to anyone who interested in putting solar panels on their home.

So far, the process has gone well with good communication and a smooth install. Still need to have the inspection done and be given PTO, but seems like there should be no issues. Hopefully the system will produce for many years without complications.

Was very pleased with the entire process. We made some adjustments along the way and they went in without a hitch. They were professional and efficient and quite friendly throughout the process. If I moved and needed to repeat the process, I’d want to use their services again. I’m hoping to expand my system at a future date TBD and plan for them to do it for me.
