I'm not really 100% happy with it, but it's working. Install was pretty sloppy. They didn't keep their promise and they broke my tiles and they were supposed to fix it. They were supposed to put bird netting around it, but now I have pigeons living underneath it. None of that has been done and I've had it for a couple years now. It's really good equipment, but the process is just no good. The payment plan is a little overdrawn and they're supposed to have somebody come out and check my solar panels every three months or every six months, and it's been a year and a half and I haven't seen anybody.

My salesperson did not answer his phone after I signed the contract, nor did he ever return my call.he mentioned he would be available if I had any issues which an issue did come up during install. During the solar system install everything did not go as smooth as it could have gone, this was an add on system to our initial solar system And we also had an issue after it was installed.

The solar system was installed before it should have been. They installed without a Trico inspector was here or a Pima County Inspector. We was told that Radix Solar would handle everything. Not true... We are now having to make a payment for something that isn't even working yet. We feel like we have been scammed. The Solar unit is installed on the roof of our garage but isn't finished being installed. We are very angry. Wish we could have a better response from someone at radix Solar as to why it is taking so long... Only give 2 stars because the salesman sold us on it and they did a nice job installing. But they left out the most important everything. Trico and Inspector. 👎👎👎

There have been issues getting the final inspection done and there have been issues getting any information from Jacob or his assistant. I waited at my house for a full 8 hours, after being told that someone needed to be home for the inspection only to find out that the inspection had been canceled. It took over 48 hours for anyone to get back to me to explain the issue. In looking at the time line for what it will take for the system to go live I'm looking at possibly not going live until after my first payment is due. I'm not optimistic that the system will be live by then. Of course they are offering a reimbursement but I would have to make that payment and my electric bill before I can get the reimbursement. I really don't know who is responsible for the issues but I do know I'm not getting the communication that I would think I'm should getting.

He usually get back to you soon. When I signed up he said I would get around 2 months of service before first payment. My panels have been mounted for 2 months and still not working. I have a payment in 3 days and system not working. Always excuse that waiting on APS. I don't think RDX was working very hard with APS to get system approved and working.

At the start, everything went OK. But, when we cutover, we found 1/3 of the panels not working. We have tried contacting them repeatedly for over a month. Not one single response. This has been their behavior from the beginning. Kept us in the dark & no communications.

I bought the solar thinking I was going to get a $14,000 credit on my bill, come to find out it's a tax credit and I do not qualify so I'm out $14,000. Also it's been 3 months and my solar is still not up and running. Very poor customer service

I signed up for this solar in November 2022 and its now April 3rd and my system is still not up and running. I am being billed monthly for a system I'm not even using and paying the electric company too! Originally, I was told it would be in and running for a tax discount by year end. Now it will be on next year's taxes.
