Ripoff! Unprofessional, liars, cheats. AKA "Complete Solar Solutions" 1. Several different "Ray-o-Sun" salesmen contacted me, unaware of each other. Each gave me wildly different estimates, after hearing the minute details of what I needed for my particular situation. 2. One of them finally talked me into signing a contract with them AND with a financing company, based on a reasonable-sounding bid for the roof + solar. From this point on he called his company "Complete Solar Solutions". 3. That salesman almost immediately added small addenda to the contract, which gave me less than what we agreed upon. 4. Then he said he'd be sending out a "site evaluator" and that there could be further CHANGES TO THE CONTRACT based on what they find on my roof. Oh really?? 5. I told him there is nothing they can find up there that is not covered in the exhaustive list of particulars I already gave him, on top of what he had already seen himself. Thus I would NOT BE OPEN to any increase in the contract price. 6. Guess what? I never heard from them again! Phone numbers all had "full mailboxes", no emails answered, no appointments kept, etc. Luckily I was able to cancel the contracts before any work began.
