The contractors/installers were exceptional in their performance and explanation of what they were doing. The installation completion took five months. We were under the impression we would not be billed for two months however, we later found out that it was two months from the installation of the panels NOT upon the completion of the system thus, we were paying three months for a nonfunctioning system. we believed we would have a reprieve of a couple of months without an electric bill however, we were paying for panels and electric together thus, paying double that we had. Also, the rebate which we were expecting from CPS went rather to the account rather than our pocket. So, as you might tell; we are very disappointed.

Communication was not very great. They were good at answering my questions as long as I reached out. Installation went fairly smooth aside from the the lag time. I believe they did majority of the install on one day in October and then they finished it January 1st. So took quite a bit of time to actually get that done. They just need to have better communication with their customers.

App has not shown any data from system since Oct 3 and I have called multiple times to speak to someone concerning this. No instructions or procedures were given after system was installed. We were promised a $700 gift card with our purchase of system because another company offered it and pure energy matched it but after numerous calls and run a round we still have not received our gift card.

I had a problem with the communication piece and it appeared that no one wanted to really work with me when I had the problem and my solar panel didn't work for three months. My converter went out within the first eight months of of me having the product. Installation went fairly well. They damaged gutters from the installation, but the installation went pretty well.

I'm still having to pay a large electrical bills and then the solar energy bill, so it's not economically benefiting me. They just came one day randomly and we didn't know they were coming in and then after they're done nobody said they were done. It was just kind of like we put it up there and that's it. I don't think they contacted me enough. We never knew the process of what was the next step.

The installation was quick and professional. The process of getting the panels on line was slow. The billing is what is confusing at one point I got billed by three different companies, then two different companies. And now I'm waiting for my next bill. Since I've had my panels installed I am paying one hundred dollars more than before..

Everything fell off the map once they installed. I don't even know if it's really working, honestly. I'm still paying electric bills and I shouldn't be paying electric bills. Installation process was great. Fast, easy. I just don't know if it's actually working correctly.

The promise that they gave me is actually not true because all the problems they told me hasn't been completed. They promised me that I don't have to pay 6 months. If I refer to somebody I can get $500 and those are not being met. And then it took forever. It took 3-4 months for the solar system to be activated.

They were very detailed. Every time I asked to speak to a supervisor, they refused to give me the name. They tell me they're the supervisor. It took a long time. It took like 3 months, maybe 4 months for everything to be complete. It was horrible, to be honest.

We are not told that we still need to rely on the grid. If the grid power goes out our solar is useless to us. I requested a battery and it took months for them to even tell me if they provide them or not.

Company not very helpful. Asked about tax deductions would not assist or discuss. Took longer to hook to CPS; hooked up in later part of bill cycle did not reimburse for not hooking up panels for that month.

Since it's been installed, my electric bill has gone up to $144 plus a month. They need to listen to their customers when their customers is giving them instructions about the electrical problems on their house.

Update: They finally called and came by to fix the problem. I was getting pretty tired of 80-82 degrees inside the house: Original: Not happy at all. Since they installed the new breaker box we have had no power to our outside AC unit. Called on Friday and Saturday and nothing. Apparently no one works on weekends. We’re on day 5 and still they have not fixed the problem. It’s not an AC problem as I had it looked at. CPS said the breaker box was not their problem to call the solar company. Finally they sent an electrician yesterday and they did nothing. They said they were coming back today and yet no one has made it here. No one. Not one phone call to give us an update either. If this was their house I’m sure that they wouldn’t be too happy about it. I’m so frustrated with this company and we still don’t even have our solar panels.

The installation technicians were efficient and knowledgeable, which made that aspect of the process very good. The customer service and communication were lacking. Although Pure Energy provides a tracking portal, there were several months with no update, even after directly contacting the company. The final portion of the installation process was also fraught with poor communication about the timing of completion and the requirements for final payment. The system was been working well since installation and approval to operate, the SolarEdge monitoring is solid. The customer service and communication needs improvement to match the quality of the technical work.

I lovethe hardware side of this. The installation team was great. My major issue is, I didn't get the tax return I was told i would get. I wish it was more clear as to what I was supposed to do with my taxes. I was waiting for a tax form till one day I just tried contacting mosaic. They told me i needed to talk to turbo tax. So I amended my taxes and the government says I'm only getting 3,000 not the 8,000 I was told i would get. Now I can't keep my monthly cost down. If you guys want us to use our return on our loan then you should make sure we have all the resources we need or at least inform us on how to file the taxes. If I was supposed to get 8,000 then clearly I did something wrong.

The process from the beginning felt easy and was sold as exactly what we were looking for. The salesman in my living said all the right things, and made it sound too good to be true. The problem was, as soon as the salesman left my home after we agreed, that is when it felt like the "Service" ended. It took months to get the panels installed due to back orders, which pushed our tax credit back an entire year. I have yet to see any benefit on my power bill. I reached out and they asked if i had changed my bill. I was unaware i needed to do that. I have since changed my power plan, but i am still yet to see any discount on my bill. I hope and pray it is coming. I was told one thing during the agreement, but a lot of steps were left out post agreement. I hope the cost savings and such are coming, but I have yet to see it :( I have had the panels on my house and supposedly working for 4 months but currently i just have another loan payment.

They were great at communicating and being informative during the sales process. After installation, communication has been lacking, and always has to be initiated by me. They did everything they said they would as far as installation and incentives, but the system was turned off for almost two weeks and it was only resolved because I called. Time will tell the quality and reliability of it. It was the cheapest of all quotes I got.

There has been zero contact or follow up since installation. The app cannot be used because the link expired within an unreasonable amount of time so I cannot monitor performance. My bill has not been reduced as much as promised with adding this many panels
