PrivEnergy delivered everything they promised within 30 days. PrivEnergy handled the permits with the county and electric company, completed the site survey, and installed 18 solar panels within 30 days. They even had to instal a new electric box, which they did with no extra charge. We couldn't be more pleased with their quality of product or their service.

By far the worst company to do business with. Paid them and signed the contract on 2/16/2018. System didn't go on line until after mid May 2018. Contract called for them to give us a supply of LED light bulbs for use in the house, they said we would receive them soon. Never received them until December 2018. Took ten months to give us the light bulbs that was in the contract. There was a problem with the on demand charge and Fred said he would pay us for the first three months of our billing. I sent them the bills and asked for the reimbursement of $ 487.95. It has never been sent to us and this is February 2019, one year after the payment for the system and signing of the contract. They never return phone calls and never answer emails. We even went to their office and they were nice and made a lot of promises that were never kept. They are absolutely the worst people to do business with. The system doesn't work like the salesman stated. Salesman stated my electric bill would never be over $30. That was an outright lie. I have never had a bill even close to $30.

They don't seem to stock the products. Took 2 months to start my job. Then they didn't have the battery and had to wait again, Panels set at usless angle,( nearly straight up), had to tell them to change it and the spacing. Did not confer with me on design before installing. Had errors on their design/build sheets. Talking to them was not very productive. Nobody seemed to know much about solar systems. I felt like I had to redesign my system. They were agreeable and went along with my changes and made good on that. Sales outlined my package and then the system sheets I signed were different. Not individual inverters and different brand battery. Biggest problem was they never sent anyone out to discuss and review the system or requirements. The sales guy took pictures and they used satellite imagery.

I would not wish this company on my worst enemy. They will take your money and leave you "high and dry"! They caught me at a vulnerable time and "sold" me on their system and how inexpensive (LIE) it would be. After 8 months of producing for me, the unit stopped. When I called them for a fix, they were no longer there. The phone was disconnected and there was no one to help me. I had to find a solar company who would take over my care.

Sold me the system in 2/18, installed in May, started paying for it in June. They turned it on in October, and there are no electric permits given to enter my system into net metering. So I'm just blowing solar power into the grid and getting charged for it on the meter. So I turned it off at the main power. They don't call back, email back, and come up with excuses. I feel duped.......and embarrassed I let this happen. Just say no to priv-energy!

It took them over 45 days to begin the installation AFTER they took pictures and the measurements. The installers had NO idea of what they were doing and were from another state so didn't know the codes for Az. They broke roof tiles, they drilled holes on the side of my house that they were not supposed to, which they then had to send someone to fix, another 35 days. To top it all off the system they installed still DOESN'T work correctly. So here I wait again for the " electrician " to fix it. DO NOT USE THEM if you have ANY other choice.

I echo the other reviews. Once they have your money you are ignored or they lie. I am in the process of going with an attorney
