I was very interested in solar, but every company I spoke to made promises that I could easily Google and find out that wasn't true or had conflicting answers. I found a guy from Tesla that had built me a 12KW system. I thought they had my best interest. I was told to get a 2nd opinion so I looked at Powersol USA. I wasn't planning on buying I was going to use Tesla, until I found out the truth. a 12Kw system was going to cost me an extra $191 insurance that the rep was not transparent about. I Spoke to one of the Twins that own Powersol and found out if I just took one panel off I could avoid the headache of adding extra insurance and the $191 . I also am a Filipino and this company is partially Filipino owned, they just made me feel more comfortable, and felt like I was not just home getting solar. If you are looking to switch to solar or just want find out the TRUTH Powersol USA is a great choice, for TRUTH and transparency. My install took about 3 weeks from contract sign to Permission to Operate (Turning the system on). Tesla told me it would be 6 months out maybe longer. So far my bill is exactly as promised, I normally am not big on reviews, however this one is well deserved. Thank you Robb, Joseph, Jeff, and Vanessa. I recently had the pleasure of working with Powersol USA for my 22.3 KW solar installation and I couldn't be happier with the results. The entire installation process was impressively fast, contract signed to installed in less than two weeks. What stood out the most was their proactive approach. The team suggested a different type of racking system that was more suited to my roof than the original one I had considered. Not only did they order it, but I was also able to pick it up the same day, which was fantastic. The craftsmanship of the installation is excellent—these guys truly know what they’re doing. Excuses are excuses and Explanations are Explanations but the ONLY true reality is ACTION. Excellence is what best describes this company when it comes to sales, service and installation. They walked me through the entire process from product presentation to the final commission process. They delivered what they promised, my electric bill is down to 47 dollars a month. PowerSol has been right there for us, through all the planning, installation, and questions. We had more panels installed after we bought a pool heater, and these installers worked through brutal weather to get us up and running. I often email with questions and concerns and the answers arrive almost immediately. There is nothing I can say negatively about their product and our service. In fact, a friend had solar installed by another company that later went out of business. I called my rep and he contacted that friend to see that her questions were addressed and her needs were met. How impressive is that? Oh, yes, I am definitely a fan!
