Fantastic installation process, however the customer facing components (installation and monitoring apps, customer service contact process) are very cumbersome and need a lot of work. The installation took a few months, but I will be dealing with the monitoring and customer service aspects for a very long time and the frustration involved in those will eventually erode the positive impression that was initially set.

Posigen was excellent j describing the service and its benefits. Once the permits were obtained, it took a while for the installation to begin but it was completed in one day. However, is been over two months since the panels were installed and we are not yet connected to the grid. Posigen have been here twice without the proper parts and we have not heard from them in over six weeks.

The experience was positive overall, but there were some issues with the roof that caused a leak in the ceiling. The panels had to be removed and the roof redone, so now we're waiting for them to be reinstalled. It's a bit shaky at the moment, so we're not fully operational yet. Hopefully, once everything is sorted out, it will be better.

I've been dealing with this solar company for about a month now, and overall, it's been relatively smooth. However, there was a bit of chaos when half the crew left without informing the other half. I would appreciate a way to address issues when the energy output doesn't meet the promised amount.

The process took entirely too long a year later when it was time to install after all that was done to the house the day of installation they roof was too weak !!! Never follow through my roof 6 years old didn’t bother after that
