My experience with Panasun Solar was incredible. My salesman, Brandon, was informative, but not pushy. He answered every question I had. He stayed with me via text every step of the way, even texting me three times on the installation day to make sure I was happy. So many people reached out to me from Panasun to introduce themselves and to make sure that all of my questions/concerns were addressed. The online timeline for my project was very informative. The installation crew was incredible. They introduced themselves to me and they explained the installation process to me. They did run into a problem that most installation crews would have ignored, but they explained it to me and then explained the correction to the problem. The crew also stopped at my neighbor's house and got his solar system operational that he purchased from the competition. He had been waiting for months for the competition he used to fix his problem with no relief from them. The professionalism, concern, and customer service they provided was awesome and more companies need to take Panasun’s lead on how to do business to result in happy customers.

My wife and I were looking to get solar and we had talked to quite a few companies and getting estimates. Panasun Solar. had come by and we decided to set up a consultation. We then met with and not only was he very professional, he was also very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and some we didn't even think about ourselves. The plan he came up with worked perfectly for the space we had and the price was the best of all the other companies. When it came to the installation it was done in 1 day and He was there most of the time making sure everything was going according to plan. They did a great job and would definitely recommend anyone to work with them.

I am very happy about my experience with Panasun. I’ve never dealt with a company that shows this much attention to their customers. I found that they had the best price out of any company I spoke to, but also the best equipment. After signing for the panels, they regularly checked up on me to keep me updated and make sure I didn’t have any questions that I needed answered. They took care of everything up to the installation, then the installation crew did an amazing job. One of the installation crew members even played with my dog after the installation and my dog almost wanted to go home with the guy. 10/10 company.

Our experience with Panasun has been a great. Steven was very informative, knowledgeable, & was not pushy. He updated us throughout each stage in the process and would text us instead of calling which was our preferred method of communication. The installation team was punctual & worked very quickly. The team also cleaned up after the installation & reviewed the system. We have had solar in the past & are very excited to start using solar once again. We read positive reviews online, as well as an informative discussion with our neighbor, who also chose Panasun. Happy to be part of the Panasun family!

We've had an excellent experience with Panasun. Dustin, our sales rep, was very knowledgeable about the system and how it works. After installation there was one minor glitch which was fixed right away, with no issues at all. I think that people don't realize how much time the inspections, permitting, and commissioning (hooking it into the grid) require to get the system finally generating electricity that cuts your electric bill, and that time requirement is out of the hands of Panasun. Dustin cautioned us that the process could take 6 weeks to 3 months. We understood this, and now have a wonderful functioning system that makes as much electricity as we need for the winter, and gives us credit for our high summer bills!

I had an excellent ecxperience with Meli and Panasun. We spoke to two other companies before scheduling a consult with Panasun. During our meeting, we immediately felt comfortable with Meli. She was very genuine and honest, and she was knowledgable about solar and the process. From then on, the coordination team kept us updated at every step of the process; communication was great. The process to get the permits and approval from our homeowner's association took about 6 weeks but the actual installation took one day. I didn't like that the electric company took 3 weeks to turn our system on but that wasn't Panasun's fault.

Sam and the Panasun team was amazing. Sam walked me through the process and throughly and answered every question I had. Panasun took care of everything from the site inspection to the permits and installation, and kept me informed all along the way. My panels have been installed and actives for months, and they still keep in touch with me to this day to make sure I’m happy with my system. I truly don’t believe there’s another company out there that cares this much about there customers.

Great experience with Panasun. From the beginning, the process was explained clearly by Liam - the sales rep. It was a very easy going and simple process. Everything handled by Panasun, most importantly I was kept in the loop along the way and they kept the timeline as promised. The quote was lower than others for the quality of the panels. The system is yet to be turned on per Duke energy but the panels look nice on the roof. The installation crew was professional and finished the job same day. All in all, very happy with Panasun

We couldn't believe the panel installation only took about 6 hours and there was a no mess!! Our representative, Johnny, has been there to answer questions every step of the way! My rep Nick was nice, no pressure. He broke the price down pretty well and it came out to be much less than we were paying to FPL. He also kept in touch with us very often and even calls us after the panels have been installed. On the day of installation, he brought a gift for my daughter who was there during our meeting. Really great customer service.

Panasun has exceeded my expectations. Many of our friends have solar and when they spoke about the process with their Solar companies, we realized how great Panasun was. Everyone was very professional and everything was explained in detail. We needed a new roof too and Panasun got that done. A much better roof than any contractor would have done. Panasun had great wrap around service, starting with a comprehensive low pressure sales pitch. For our install, they handled everything from the roofers to inspection and permitting. The app communication with my system has bugged out a couple times but they've been able to fix it remotely and it didn't hurt production. I recommend them broadly.

My representative Josh was very knowledgeable and thorough with the solar process. I was pretty skeptical at first and had to have a few appointments before pulling the trigger. I’m now saving over $100 per month with my system compared to when I was paying Duke. Very communicative company that is super honest and upfront about what to expect.
