Stay away, run, hide, avoid at all costs. Our experience with Our World Energy has been extremely disappointing. The sales pitch sounded convincing, and because we had a positive experience with solar in the past, we had no reason to question the promises we were given. We purchased a solar system after being told it would produce more than enough energy to meet our needs and that our APS bill would be little to nothing. Instead, our electric bills have increased dramatically, completely defeating the purpose of investing in solar. The most frustrating part has been the lack of follow-through. We’ve repeatedly been told, “I’m on it” or that the company would make things right, but months later we’re still waiting for a real resolution while continuing to pay these excessive utility bills. Communication has also been poor. Technicians have come out to perform service calls, but we’re never informed of what they found or what was done. The only communication we receive afterward is an automated text asking how the service was. As a customer, that’s incredibly frustrating when the underlying issue remains unresolved. To make matters worse, I’m still waiting on a referral payment that was promised after referring my father-in-law. At this point, I’ve asked the company to issue credits for the past four months and continue providing credits until the system performs as it was promised to. A company should stand behind its product and the commitments made during the sales process. I wanted solar to lower my energy costs, not increase them. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Our World Energy.

Our experience with Our World Energy was excellent starting with Bryan, Regional Sales Manager, through representative Noemi, then Dylan and his outstanding 3-man installation team, next Mark Anthony in the Albuquerque Office, and now Rhyder in Phoenix . Dylan and his crew arrived early July 12th and his 16 PV Q-Cells array installation went extremely smoothly.   This team was exemplary in every respect in what would be a simple, safe, flat roof environment. Our World Energy responds professionally, quickly, and efficiently to our every phone call. We are starting to monitor our kWh production with the very good Enphase app and will review again with our results.

Our World Energy is an amazing company that values its employees and promotes strong work-life balance. Management is encouraging and the environment is motivating

they withheld lots of info and now want 14000.00 if I want to keep my warranty. this company cant be trusted. Their panels cannot be removed for roof maintenence unless they do the work at 400.00 a panel. if you do the work they void the warranty. I need a typical roof coating for AZ weather. but now I cant fix the roof. This will make my solar system worthless as it will now cost far more than it can ever save. literally any company would be better!!!!
