They explained the whole process in detail. Every other company just tried to bully me on the price. Very happy I went with Nexus. I would recommend them to everyone who wants to go solar!

Took years to get the system hooked up properly. Chris Z (marketing rep) rarely returns phone calls and his VM is regularly full. After the system was installed we learned that they incorrectly evaluated the size of the system that we needed and we were deficient by 50% (approx. $50,000.00) Even after we increased the size of our solar field our true up showed that we owed $1900 to PGE because we are still deficient. Our contract with Nexus states that the company is supposed to evaluate the system periodically after installation - this was never done. On our own we evaluated the system and we learned that approx. 30 panels we not working DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY

Install was fast and service was great! Love the 25 year bumper to bumper warranty as well as the 25 year production guarantee that comes with the system.

Do your homework before you go with any solar company. We have been hit with a true-up of $1500.00 with PG&E after being promised a minimal amount at the end of the year. The first panel installed had issues and almost caused a fire, the smell of melting metal is not pleasant. We sent copies of our PG&E billing to request a review of why we have such a high true-up but have not had replies from the people in the company who requested the information. What should have been a positive experience, has turned into a nightmare. Should we have a positive outcome, I will be happy to change my review!
