I reached out to LI Power Solutions in early May 2026 to get an estimate to add a solar array to our home to offset our electrical usage. I had a meeting with Joe Galluzzo and he explained everything very well and answered the ton of questions I had.
From the start, Joe really understood what I needed. I have a steep roof, run my AC heavily during the summer, and charge an electric truck overnight. Instead of just giving me a cookie-cutter quote, they custom-designed a massive 15.64 kW system that perfectly offsets my heavy usage.
The installation and administrative side was just as impressive. Cyndi Pirozzi, our Project Manager, was great at navigating the red tape. She kept me in the loop the entire time, handled all the paperwork with the inspectors, Town of Huntington, and PSEG LI. We got our official Permission to Operate (PTO) way faster than I expected.
The installation crew worked quickly and most importantly, cleanly. No damage to the roof or surrounding area and mounted all the new boxes and breakers cleanly to the side of our home.
The timeline was also much better than expected! Town permits were approved in just 3 weeks instead of the usual 1-2 months. Joe reached out immediately to schedule the installation that same week, and the installation itself took a day and a half, only delayed by heavy rain. The town inspector signed off a couple of days later, and Cyndi pushed the paperwork through to PSEG. We had our official PTO in just 8 business days!
We are now tracking everything in the Enphase monitoring app, looking forward to extremely low electric bills, and banking our excess energy credits for our winter heating. I'd definitely recommend LI Power Solutions if you're looking to go solar!

Very professional, they engineered the correct number of panels based on my usage, and in fact that I was also going to be using mini splits to heat and cool my house. Most friends don’t believe why electric bills run $25 a month until I show them my bills. I didn’t realize that they were really interested to ensure my roof was structurally sound and the shingles were going to last quite a while without being replaced. The system integration went really smooth and everything was done in one day. The worst part was waiting for the town to approve the permits. Power solutions did everything, all I had to do was sign and pay for the system. The buyback. Was five years, but I know I have paid it back sooner than that. I have oil heat and have cut my oil consumption down to the bare minimum, except when the temperature falls below 20°.
