My husband did most of the research in finding this company. He narrowed it down to 2, Power Solutions being one.We dealt with Andrew Wollard mostly for any questions that arose. I must say that some companies don’t want to respond after final payment has been completed.. This was not the case with Andrew. If he wasn’t available he always got back to us and if able troubleshot or find out the answer and get back to us. My only wish is that everyone who came to do work for us was so reliable.

From our initial consultation with Matt, everything went smoothly. The team explained the process and kept us updated every step of the way. We did not feel pressured to sign with Long Island Power Solutions. I read the reviews of the company prior to signing the contract and we were definitely not disappointed. Exceeded expectations long-term! Honest sales, brilliant execution, and 2.5 years of proven results.
I waited two and a half years to write this review because I wanted to make sure the data backed up the promises. Now that I have the long-term numbers, I can fully and without reservation recommend LI Power.
A lot of contractors out there don't necessarily listen well, but LI Power was different. I will admit that I micromanaged this project, but the team was incredibly responsive and patient with me. I had specific design concerns regarding unsightly wires and the placement of controller boxes on the side of my house. Instead of brushing my concerns aside, they listened to my design input and executed it perfectly. The installation is incredibly clean.
As for the sales process, Carlos was fantastic. He was a very honest, straightforward person who didn’t rely on high-pressure tactics. Most importantly, his estimates about power generation have proven themselves to be exactly on the money. Even with a minor 4% fluctuation up and down year-to-year, the overall generation fully supports my entire house—including running electric heat in some of my basement rooms and the garage.
If you want a solar company that actually listens to your aesthetic concerns and provides accurate, honest generation estimates that hold up over time, do yourself a favor and call LI Power. Ask for Carlos!
