They are an outstanding company. I had a system installed ten years ago an they're still coming to take care of issues when they come up. The installation was smooth. They were cognizant of neighbors and didn't start early in the morning. They didn't make too much noise and make sure not to disturb neighbors. They have the best price for the equipment I got. Customer support is knowledgeable, experienced, and capable. Their attention to detail and follow up makes me happy. I'm very pleased!

Solar Panels were installed in 2013. No complaints with installation as well as products. However once the installation was completed and after a few years, communication with Natural Energy USA was difficult. Do they have a real store front? Telephone number only takes messages and it is very hard to get to talk to a real person.

It produces more energy than the ones made in the US. Installation was great. They were on time and efficient and clean. After I have had issues. They were great when I was a potential customer but they don’t want to talk to me now. I’ve called several times for adding panels and getting things done but they never call me back.

Once the salesman left my home, I have not gotten any support from them. I had a problem with STGE and getting their approval and Natural Energy USA was supposed to fix it but they wanted me to do it and I did not know what I was doing. It did work out eventually but it was very negative.

Temecula Solar customer of Natural Energy USA since 12/10/2013. After a slow start of a few glitches and mainly delayed city inspections, On line and producing electricity at 100% since 4/17/2014 . All is well and works very well. I can see all panels working on line. No problems with customer service, Hero Loan stinks due to early repayment penalties. Electric bills very low . RAK 3/5/2018

I had a very positive experience from beginning to end with Narural Energy. Knowledgable and honest sales person. Competent and friendly installers. Fast and clean installation of 50 panels. Very competitive price and high quality equipment. After two and a half years, I think it's one of the best investments i have ever made. My SCE bills are zero or they owe me money. I refrerred them to an engineer friend and he was also very happy.

I had an issue with my pool solar leaking into my roof. I called and they sent out a project manager to assess the problem. Then they sent a supervisor named Arturo who removed the pool panels so they could repair the roof. After the job was finished, Arturo did a tune-up on our pool solar system. This past winter we had a major down poor of rain. I am happy to say they fixed the problem. I have recommended this company to friends & neighbors. Who have used them and recommended to their friends & family. This company is not Perfect but they try to do the Right thing. Jane B.

My husband and I selected Natural Energy after investigating other companies primarily because of their longevity in this business. They were competitive in price and offered the latest technology. It has saved us a tremendous amount of money that had been spent on electricity in the past. Their service representative was very responsive to any questions we had. I have also referred them to two other families who had Natural Energy install their solar system.

My system is not generating enough energy. They told me it was because my circuit broke but they never sent someone out to fix it and when they did we ended up with a twelve hundred dollar electric bill. They continue to not check the system to make sure it is generating what they told me. The panels they sold me have a monitoring system but I can no longer monitor and there is no replacement.

They were verbally abusive, threatening and completely unprofessional. It took months and months to install the panels. They caused damage to our home and water damage occurred resulting in replacing our ceiling and partial roof. They are a subcontractor to the company from which we got our panels and we were completely disappointed.

Very very poor.... holes in the roof, paid off my solar and had a receipt, they still called over and over on and off for a few years after losing their records, claiming I hadn't paid.... Each time I had to show them a physical receipt. Terrible business. Do not recommend!

Awful company!!! Please DO NOT believe a word they say!!! This company does not deserve a single star (I had to select a star in order to post here) We paid for solar panels back in 2018 and here we are with 2022 in a few days and we have not yet been connected with Edison! I have made numerous calls with no response or answer from the owner. There has been a very polite lady who has tried to help me her name is Lisa, other than her I have not been able to talk to anyone to get this matter resolved. I have even contacted the Better Business Bureau without resolution. I have requested a refund thru the BBB because we have not received the services that we paid for.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! My father hired Natural Energy to install a 60 panel solar system. The install was fine and everything worked well....for a few years. Then my father passed away and he was the only one with access to the online system to see how much energy we are generating. Upon asking them to let us know the application or website to go to, the owner Ted told us that he has no idea and that we would need to pay for a technician to come out and reinstall the monitoring system. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Worst customer service ever and a disgrace of a business. After Ted came out today to our home (after 25+ phone calls in the past 3 months that he blamed on COVID for not forwarding calls correctly), he told us to find a new company to figure it out. There are so many better options out there, don't use these guys.

Apparently, Natural Energy USA installed the solar system on the house I purchased. Try calling any of their numbers, and the call will get routed around to the vary same answering device. I've been attempting to get a simple Solar Array Mapping for the Enphase monitoring device. No response. Filled a BBB complaint, and Natural Energy USA used baloney excuse the I'm not the original owner and all documentation was turned over at the install. So, basically, they keep no documentation of their work, and won't assist in documenting any thing they had installed previously. from the other reviews, it appears this company operates as a front for poor work and lacks any customer support system. In 2014 we had them install a 14 panel system with Enphase micro inverters. It worked well the first year then gradually went down hill to the point that in 2020 we owed $600. After several attempts to contact them to enlarge our system I finally contacted Ted M, the owner. He checked it all out and said we needed 7 more panels which we agreed to.It became obvious that the company had gone way down hill since our initial experience in 2014. There is no communication unless you can reach Mr.M's cell, no email, office phones, nothing. After his crew installed the panels I asked about the Envoy system that was supposed to be included to monitor the system. He said "That's not in the work order, you'll have to talk to Ted". I called Ted and he finally agreed that it was supposed to be included and he would have someone out the next day. The same 2 guys showed up the next day and installed the monitoring system and said they had to register it at the office on their computer. This never happened and after several calls to Ted with him saying that he would have the tech call me ,which never happened, he stopped answering my calls and never replied to my messages. We finally gave up on them and contacted Enphase energy who told us that it was impossible for the tech to do what he claimed and then guided us through the long process of getting our new system monitoring output and working correctly. Ted m has destroyed what used to be a good company and I would advise anyone to avoid them.

I don't argue that the solar panels and system are of top quality but it is not backed by customer service. When I started showing system failure due to a broken part (their responsibility) and high bills, no one would return calls, "customer no-service" would hang up on me, not pass on messages. I checked reviews, posted and was recommended by another disgruntle customer to contact Ted Mount, Pres directly which I did. He got his tech crew out here, replaced the parts, i was very impressed, and he promised to compensate me for the 4+months of no solar when the 'True Bill" came due February 2018. He's taken his time responding and now backing off that agreement. Best I can calculate they owe me $2230.99 based upon the % of savings I should have had when their system broke. I bought the panels and I pay over $700/mo on those. Ted Mount promised me in front of witnesses that he would compensate me for my loss. I should have made him put that in writing!!

First, I would like to state that I AM a real customer. If the owner of Natural Energy claims I am not, you are being mislead. Second, I paid a total of $25,000.00 to Natural Energy to install solar on my home. I'm seeing a theme with the other reviews of Natural Energy with respect to their warranty. I too have experienced issues with them honoring their warranty. Natural Energy's warranty on roof penetrations is 10 years. This is a big selling point for Natural Energy. My system was installed in 2016. 3 months ago (December 2016), I noticed a roof leak in the ceiling of my newly remodeled kitchen. I immediately contacted a license roofing company and Natural Energy to come out and determine the source of the leak. The leak was identified by the roofing company to be missing and required secondary flashing on roof penetrations performed by Natural Energy, during their installation. This was found on 2 roof penetrations. The Natural Energy rep onsite agreed with the diagnosis. Unfortunately, it took Natural energy over a month to come out and remove all conduits from my roof and repair the improper installations. Additional damage was prevented by temporary repairs performed by the roofing company until Natural Energy could return. Although Natural Energy did eventually repair their improper installation, they have to date (3 months later) refused to reimburse me the $500 I had to pay a licensed roofing company to identify the leak as an improper installation by Natural Energy. In addition, Natural Energy has refused to pay for the damage caused by their improper installation. The cost for the repairs to my ceiling are on me. I had a second issue with the installation. Natural Energy installed unnecessary ground cabling resulting in holes in the side of my home. The Natural Energy rep also agreed that this was an improper installation.The cables have since been removed. However, I had to live with duct tape over the holes that existed, after the cabling was removed, for almost 3 weeks. It took numerous emails and phone calls just to get someone to come back out and make the repairs required following the removal. Although my solar equipment does work, it has not been worth the extra cost and headache I have had to deal with since the install. Working with Natural Energy - after you pay them, is worse than herding cats. If I had to do over again, I would definitely install solar but would never use Natural Energy.

Apparently we are not alone: Natural Energy has reneged on our warranty, failing to repair our solar system for 4 months and counting. We have an 8-year old system that leaked badly on our roof in July. The company charged us to come out and remove leaking panels and then asked us to wait a bit for them to procure new ones that they'd install. We have called multiple times and finally threatened to go public with our lousy experience. The owner responded that he'd look into it, two weeks ago. Then I called once more to ask the service lead, Pamm, to once again ask him to contact us and get going on the repair. We have unfortunately concluded that the company believes it's better to stiff us than honor its contract. Well, that's not totally unusual these days. A total lack of integrity seems to be considered normal by Natural Energy. Stay away from this company. If you can't have a reliable solar system, you would be better off with none. We will take our complaint to court. We will take our business elsewhere.

Please please stay away from this company. They are bunch of crooks. They just sell the system to you and run away. They don't honor their warranty and don't care to repair or maintain it when you have problems. They don't even return your calls. I wish there could be some sort of controls on these kind of business. We had pool solar installed about 5-6 years ago by this company with 12 years guarantee. Two years ago I called them since the thermos box of our solar became dysfunctionall and I tried so hard to get this company to repair it. It was waste of time. They never called me back and I happened to speak to someone in their 1800 number a few times, they did tell me that some one would call me back!!! We had to pay some other company to repair it. This year we have a leak from the roof that is coming from the solar system. I called them again a few times on their old number and spoke to two different people and express the urgency of the matter. The same thing, they said the scheduler will call me. This never happened. I tried to call them once more today, to my shocking surprise all their numbers are disconnected and no one told me this yesterday. I went to their website on the internet and noticed a new website with only two new numbers. I called the numbers, there is no one on any of these numbers to answer but a voice mail to ask you to leave a message!!!!! Of course the messages are never returned if it is repair related. I really do wish that they go out of business quickly and completely.
