I thought Seth was great salesman. He was patient with us and listened to our concerns and problems. He was very informative and had a good attitude. But...what he didn't do is tell the truth about what happens after the sale. We had an incentive attached to our loan and that has not come thru. The check is much needed and not in our hands as he said it would be.
