Mana was super professional and friendly the whole process. Got my panels in less than a month and work great. No heco bill and I’m super happy with the service. I recommend working with them.

These guys are TERRIBLE. This company installed solar on to our property in December of 2022. Found out they are not license or have a permit. Once they received the fund from their banking partner, all customer services are non existent. Promised completion within 3 months, 4 months after signing the installation agreement sometimes in October, then later they just installed the system and nothing else. Never updated me on status, so I just sit and wait until the bank reached out to me and told me that I'm over a month late on my payment. Worst part is that they said I was approved up to 100.000 dollars but it is not going to actually be that amount, then later found out that the backing partner made a loan for that exact amount. I wanted to cancel before but found out that the panels and related solar generation system cannot be removed since they don't exist anymore. I CANNOT AFORD THIS! I really believed that they jacked up the price way more than what they paid for those solar generation items and what the actual labor cost should have been. I believe they are a fraud and scam company. I am seeking legal action now for breach of contract with them now. At this point I refuse to make any further payment until this is resolved and as of now it's been five months since I made last payment. At 6 month thats when the bank will cut their losses and unfortunately they can take actions too. I intend to make a lot of noise about this for a cause, even sacrificing my good credit score.

I don't normally do reviews, but I had to write something here. These guys are TERRIBLE. We signed up with them over other companies because they had good prices and they told us they would get us installed faster than anyone else. And we actually had our system installed about 7 weeks after signing up, but that's when the problems started! It's been 4 months since our solar was installed, system isn't working, HECO bill hasn't changed at all, and the worst part is we can't get in touch with anyone at the company. My husband calls almost daily, and when we finally get someone on the phone, they make empty promises that someone is going to come out and then nothing. Turns out this company is not even licensed here. Shame on us for not doing our homework before trusting them. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

if i could give a negative star i would. We have had our system installed now for three months. Mana received the funds from their banker and now we cannot reach them. Our HECO bill is through the roof still with no resolve to date. They were supposed to pay off our previous PV company and we have yet to see that money. They said that the loan wouldn't show up on my credit report, well it's there. They promised an electric bull of $18 to HECO to stay connected to the grid, well our bill average is anywhere from $400-$900 a month. We have reached out to them numerous times with no luck. We are now seeking legal action for breach of contract. Empty promises.

If I could give 100 negative stars I would. This company installed solar on to our property in December and it’s almost April. Found out they are not license or have a permit. Once payment cleared all communications with them are dead. Like they don’t even exist. The owner could easily be found if you look up the company’s name. BBB reported, Hawaii Consumer Affairs reported and Rico reported. Legal action is in motion.

My sister lives in my house, and she wants to install solar energy. The company actually used my house to finance for the solar energy without my consent, and tricked my sister into signing my name. My sister's English is very limited. They did not use interpreter. I can't get in touch with the company's customer service department, it's been a few months now, the solar hasn't been switched on, and the bank has started pressing me for repayment. What should I do?

Under contract with Mana. Once they received the fund from their banking partner, all customer services non existent. Promised completion within 3 months, 4 months later they just installed the system and nothing else. Never update me on status, so I just sit and wait. Save the heartache and headache do not go with them. I believe they are a fraud and scam company. I am seeking legal action now for breach of contract with them now.
