My salesperson agent resigned because he wasn't sure they could deliver what he was told they could and promised to me. I am right now in the middle of an install that is riddled with issues. Its as if they had no trained install teams or local electricians. After other reviews, I insisted on no outside contractors but I would have been better off with, rather than letting unskilled newbies teach themselves on my home. I was without electricity for 24 hours due to mismanagement. I have talked to several different project directors about different issues. I am still uncertain who is my contact or what is or isn't getting done and when. If you decide to go with them, READ your whole contract thoroughly and don't pay or sign off on any part of payment until whole job fully complete to satisfaction.

So far they are working fine, I haven’t had any issues. Installation was great and I am happy with them. They have a lower price and higher quality panel. I really struggle with customer support. They did not contact me about changes to the date of installation but installation went fine.

It took them a lot longer than the projected average project time. They made a lot of mistakes, so they have to keep going back and fix a lot of things about it.

Got a bid from by LA Solar, scheduled online a phone appointment for first time slot today with "Toni" This was 5 days out, Toni cancelled after shortening the one hour phone app't to 30 minutes 4 days ago, and day of app't Monday 9am, cancelled less than 2 hours before through their scheduling app. Being in solar sales must be bad for your health as now 3 different solar sales reps have cancelled last minute due to illness ....what a coincidence Sales must be good, as I won't be rescheduling. After reading reviews, there looks like far better options.

The produt works, their prices are competitive, but it took at least 3 months longer and about 50 extra phone calls/emails to get the work completed.

Our solar contract has a production guarantee which which customers agree to prior to moving forward. If we don't meet that production guarantee, then we reimburse the customer the difference or we will update the system to meet the production. You can contact our office, or send a private message with your full name and contact information so that we can look into your recent energy consumption and determine be the best solution.
