I was considering putting up solar panels on our house. I called three companies in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area and asked them to come to our home to discuss the possibility of installing panels. Two of the three responded to my request. I was extremely impressed with iSolar’s presentation. They were concise, straight forward and eager to be of service. Comparing the two presentations, iSolar was head and shoulders above the other organization. They were clear about the timeline for installation, various products that were available and pricing. It was obvious that they had access to the best products. They also assisted me with the paperwork required by the energy company and followed up to ensure install approval was on track. The iSolar team covered all aspects of the sale and installation of the system, ensuring that we were always kept informed. I can’t say enough good about their professionalism in all aspects of our solar installation and follow up. Our system has been operating flawlessly. You won’t go wrong with iSolar! If you’re at all curious about solar panel solutions you should talk to them! I had many specific, unique, and possibly obnoxious requests and they worked with me the whole way to put in place exactly what I wanted.

I participated in a Solar United Neighbors group that chose iSolar as their installer. Ryan from iSolar was great to work with. He answered all my questions thoroughly before and after installation. A few months after the papers were signed, the panels were installed and connected to the grid. The building inspector found one little thing to improve. But iSolar fixed that within a few days and the panels have performed great for 1.5 years now. I would recommend iSolar to anyone.

They won the bid for our solar coop participants. The detailed financial forecast model they ran for us gave us peace of mind about the investment. It showed that it wasn't their "first rodeo" and the install went pretty smooth. They were very responsive about questions and concerns I had and got the necessary permits all lined up. After some production and scheduling delays (which I understand), it appears our array actually overproduced this summer compared to predictions, which I'll take any day!

iSolar was very responsive throughout the quote and installation process. I felt they offered the best value product and service of the quotes I received. We had an issue with one panel after the installation and they were out within a couple of days, fixed right away and working perfectly for the last six months since our installation.

Customer service is awesome! Very easy to talk to and answer any questions i have. Isolar installed a 56k system at the bald beaver lodge we own in Big Falls. We have never had an electric bill since and we make money. Guests are very intrigued with the system. A lot of guests like the factvof going green.
