It wouldn’t be a home improvement project without a couple real world surprises. Sure enough, we had an issue with decking in an area where solar was being installed, but as agreed and without delay, it was taken care of and well communicated to me. Homelink Solar provided better rated Solar Panels and Battery at a much better price than other companies we checked out and “it was not close.” Also, Great Financing. Through the Process of Permitting (Claire & Louie), installation (Marcel, Aaron, Kevin and Andy) Exemplary Job, inspection (Ignacio) working with the City Inspector and Permission to Operate (Claire & Louie) the final step required to change Service with Edison to a Solar Customer with NEM Credit. Homelink Solar continues to monitor remotely and confirm everything is working properly and that we are producing the amount of Energy we contracted for. I was skeptical with the whole solar power thing. I hated getting jumped on by the solar people at Lowe’s every time I went in there. A couple friends from work had Mike from Homelink do their solar system so I called and had him give me the sales pitch. After that I was still skeptical, but moved forward, then signed a contract with Homelink. It’s been two years with solar at my house and I couldn’t be happier. Our SCE bills are $15 a month because the 27 solar panels generate enough power to cover the usage. Actually, I have a $356 credit right now, but we will probably use up that credit by running the AC and pool pumps because it’s hot here in Santa Clarita now. My solar payment is zero down and $250 a month. My SCE bills have always been way more than that, even in the winter. In the summer they were $500-$600 a month. Again, I’m really glad I had solarinstalled.

John kept me informed about everything that was happening and what would be happening through out the whole process.He kept me informed also about all the financial issues. I'm not very well with a computer, I'm old school 79 yrs old. I'm sure some people will understand that.John would be right there to help me through all the computer stuff. I really can't say anything negative about anything. Ihad one problem with the system and didn't even know it until an employee came to tell me the system was not working,he worked on right away and fixed the problem a year later to this time I have not had any issues.
