Harmon's HQ is 3 hours from my residence. The sales man was here right away when asked for information and quotes. I picked Harmon because of their long history of service in the State of Arizona. Not being in more than one state is not detrimental. I did not use any other company, because I was informed that because this residence is owned by a church, it is considered commercial. The other companies were residential only. Harmon's service was top notch. I was in touch via phone and email with the project manager. The installers, engineers and elctricians were very pleasant to deal with. The materials came when I was told. The HOA wanted all conduits and new boxes on the outside wall painted to match, Harmon had no problem with that. The panels are larger and more productive than some of the other companies. Harmon informed me that they only like to mount the panels so they would not be seen from the street. This happened. Most of my neighbors still wonder when I am going to solar. The power produced is amazing, more than I expected. I would gladly recommend Harmon to anyone who asked me. With the change in product technology, the warranty period is good enough.
