I had my solar system installed 2 months ago. I was extremely pleased with the entire process. The installers arrived at the scheduled time. They installed the system over a day and a half. They explained exactly what they were going to do and did everything I expected. It took about a week for BGE to come out and switch my meter. The following day the system went live. I am very pleased with the production I am getting out of the system as it is covering my electric bill even with me running my pool filter and air conditioning. GreenBrilliance was the only company that offered me the option of doing a one time prepayment of the lease so that I have no further payments. My cost was very close to what I would have paid if I had bought the system and then gotten all the tax credits back. An advantage to doing via lease is that in 25 years if I do not want the system they will remove it from my roof at no cost to me I highly recommend GreenBrilliance.

Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience with GreenBrilliance. Although very skeptical at first and hesitant, Samuel made the sales and installation experience worry free. Samuel exemplifies the meaning of customer service. He put up with my insistent questioning and educated me along the way. Something you don't see much of especially these days! I offer my highest recommendation for Samuel and GreenBrilliance. If you're on the fence and need questions answered contact Samuel at GreenBrilliance. He knows what he's talking about (believe me my wife and I verified everything) There were NO SURPRISES! Scott went the extra mile to ensure the customer is completely satisfied!

We got quotes from several solar providers and I have experience working with multiple companies locally. GreenBrilliance was new to the PA market and definitely stood out. We just had our solar system installed in June of this year. Although we have not been able to see any benefits of it yet the install team were so friendly and personable. It was never a problem to ask a question as well. We had the 1st inspection and didn't pass. The team immediately got back to me and scheduled a time for the fixes to be made. Two days later, done! My 1 man team was Gersam! This man was perfectionist as well as a very personable person! We'll pass this time! Megan your scheduleer stays on top of her job,responsibilities and schedules! I was concerned about the uneven roof type, hence I was hesitating to put solar panels on my roof, but GreenBrilliance sales and engineering team came up with unique design and I was impressed that it was implemented successfully on my roof. I found this information not correct. I read these reviews when I hired them but my experience has been very different. When they installed the panels the first storm that came through blew two panels across my field. They did not keep me posted as to the progress of the job. They kept telling me they were waiting for the plans to be approved and permit issued by the county. When I talked to the county I was told the plans had been approved and was waiting for pick up. The workers on the job didn’t have a copy of the approved plans on the job. After so called completion of job I was waiting for the meter to be switched by the power company. When I contacted the power company, Greenbrilliance had not even submitted the application required to them. Once that was corrected and the power company came out the panels didn’t work and they discovered the application submitted didn’t match the work. When I call, text, and email they are very slow to respond if at all.

GreenBrillance was very good in customer service. The overall experience was good as well. The reason for the lower review is that the day of the install a different panel was installed than we had in our contract. Same brand but 10 watts lower. I caught the mistake and was told that was all that is available. I said it was no a huge problem as they where good panels as well just a bit less power so o would take a credit. Only $200 was credited and I feel that is an insult on a 25 panel system and I was the one who found the mistake....

When I first purchased from GreenBrilliance, I would have given 5 stars. After my house almost burning down and their being unresponsive for 2-3 months. They did eventually (4 months total) repair the system, but having missed prodcution from Oct through Jan, I will now come up short on my netmeetering for the summer. The Owner, Amir, had promised some assistance due to their slow and extremely long time to repair the system. Now when I email and call I get ZERO response. Do NOT go with GreenBrilliance, you may like the initial price but the service, support and communcation are non-existent.

We have had a horrible experience with this company. It has been 8 months since we signed the contract and so far we don’t have working solar panels. 1st they changed where the panels were on our new roof and moved some to the other side of the house which does not get as much light. We were not told about this change and holes had already been drilled into our roof when we found out about the shift in placement. These panels do get considerably less light and it would have been nice to have the option to not put panels in the first place and save money rather than have panels on our roof that are in a sub-optimal position. 2. When we finally got our system put in one of the main parts was broken. We were told 4 weeks, 9 weeks later we still don’t have the system working. I was told that the issue was the part getting shipped from the supplier. When I called the supplier I found out they had received it already. That was communicated with them a week ago and we still don’t even have an appointment set up to install. My spouse and I have resorted to both sending update requests and those are still ignored. They are a very good company before the contract is signed. Were very helpful and seemed like they were going to be easy to work with, however once pen hit paper, it has been radio silence. We have to follow up constantly and get no where. This has been REALLY frustrating process and I strongly advise others to reconsider working with this company.

Greenbrilliance and other companies like Vivint are trying to SCAM people; especially the elderly. Make sure they tell you the cost upright and upfront.Make sure you get paper receipts right away. You only have 3 DAYS to cancel. Do not sign anything until you see a paper contract with figures and numbers. The sales rep is mischievous and devious. You will be told that it is free with tax credits and shown people with checks from govt and power companies. LIES. Nothing belongs to you-All to the solar company. It is an exorbitant one sided contract. Do not give someone control over your house and your life. We work too hard to get scam by this kind of crap. .................................. Need to put a star to comment. What bull!!!
