I discussed possible choices for the location of the proposed system, taking into account costs, convenience, easy of installation, & type of installation. I was told 3 different places wete equally viable in the production of energy, with cost of distance from our breakers being significantly different. After choosing our carport roof, & spending a large amont of money to reinforce it prior to the installation, i was told the were installing it & would be finished in one day. After finishing, I looked s it the next day, & found less panels than we agreed on & all but one row were laid @ the slope of the roof. When I called for an ecplanation of this short coming, I was basically dismissed bc "you will only lose about $50 a year in electricity", with no refund or adjustment to my out lay of funds.
