Our solar inverter failed over a month and half ago and both Gold Rush and Solaredge have tremendously failed to follow up or even help rectify the situation. Instead, and only when we were able to communicate with them because in most times they would not answer our calls because of caller i.d on their part, they would give the excuse of shipping, trouble with other company and would not offer any help? Just a year and a half ago, in good faith, we purchased this system trusting that these people would honor their commitments but instead they hide behind their employees or just do not respond! Very sad! We warn that if you are looking for a reputable company do not look here!
