In a market full of over promise and under deliver results, GoldPath did an outstanding job of setting clear, reasonable expectations and clear communication. We are 6 months + of having our solar panels and Alex, our original sales rep, still reaches out to check in and see how things are going. They own the sales and installation process which is an absolute game changer compared to all the other companies that we spoke with. Knowing that they were outsourcing the project to whoever gave them the lowest bid is extremely reassuring. I put them up against 3 other solar companies and Alex and his team was the only company who could answer all my questions and create realistic expectations.

After a couple months of research and vetting ~15 companies, both local and national brands, I was ecstatic to be going with Gold Path. In fact, as companies have followed up with me they have confirmed that Gold Path gave me an unbeatable package of equipment and pricing. It is an extensive process to get the correct permitting in place, and Gold Path handled it all while also keeping me up to date. After all permitting, they came out (with their own installation team, no 3rd party!) and did a fantastic job with the install in a half a days time. My solar system is now running and I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with Gold Path! There are really 3 main things you can look for in a Solar provider; Equipment, pricing, and customer experience, and all 3 have been a 10/10.

Jake and GoldPath Solar were some of the most professional people in the industry. We searched high and low for a company that had our interests at heart and not just what is the best sale they could get. Jake spent the time with us to understand our needs and what our goals with solar were. It wasn’t another hand us your power bill and we will shove you in to a loan to match you average payment and provide zero transparency on what you are paying for. His installation team respected how we wanted the outside to look post install and the routing we wanted the cables to take. Even though it meant a little extra work for their team they accommodated every request and we ended up with an excellent installation that is averaging 3.1MWh of power generation monthly.

We’ve had solar for 6+months and Alex still reaches out to make sure everything is going well. GPS does a great job through the entire process of setting clear, realistic expectations. They answered all of our questions and really walked through the process with us. The true cost of the project was explained, activation fee and what the real life value of the panels would look like. Now having had the panels for over 6 months, we are really happy with our whole experience.

After careful research and reading many articles, we decided to start getting quotes from Solar Companies. We got a total of 5 quotes from different companies and the reason for going with Gold Path was #1 the reviews over numerous websites and #2 price. Spending a lot of money on a house my biggest problem has always been communication. Alex did a great job on getting back to me in a timely manner, keeping me updated and informing me of the next steps through the process. Just a warning to any people looking to get solar, ALWAYS ask the difference between a "cash" price and a "finance" price. It will amaze you.

My husband are believers in doing what is right for the environment. Our ROI is doing what is right. Power companies are telling everyone about the drain on the system. I looked at three different solar companies and chose Gold Path because of the great work that Jake did. He outlined everything for us step by step. They did all the work involved in setting up for solar. The men who came to install the panels were courteous, friendly, and did a fantastic job. Before I knew it, the panels were installed and they look great. We are now waiting for Lynches River to give the go ahead and we will be full steam ahead on solar. Our solar system from Gold Path Solar has been running for about a month now. Jake at Gold Path was our point of contact. He and his team made the project come together smoothly. From design, permitting, working with the electric company, and installation, everything was handled professionally, competently, and with great communication. They knew what they were doing, offered state-of-the-art equipment, had the best pricing for the quality, and handled everything. We aren't heavy users of electricity, so most of what we generate goes back to the grid. I'm looking forward to our next electric bill, and having power during future storms. We are in a hurricane/storm-prone area and have had 5-day power outages in the past. No more running a generator to keep the fridge and lights on; we included a whole-house battery, so power even at night! I highly recommend Gold Path.

Because the solar industry is so tainted, dishonest and greedy, I had to interview and get quotes from 8 different companies. What I found was major inconsistencies for the same products and installation processes. Then I found Jake, his company and team. They were not only honest through the whole process, but their pricing was fair, and they had some unique financing that happened to be what I wanted. From the beginning, Jake was on top of everything. He knew the time lines and coached me through every step. Everything took place exactly like he said. Gold Path Solar is an amazing company to work with. I got half way through my DIY solar project to use solar panels to charge an EV car on a daily basis. I needed help installing the panels on my 2 story garage roof as it was too steep to stand on. I had already purchased a Zendure Superbase V generator /inverter with a 13.8 kWh battery pack. Most solar panels convert the electricity they produce into AC current with an inverter but I didn’t need that because I can use the DC electricity from the 9 panels to the generator and send DC current to the car batteries without conversion as they need DC current to charge. I chose Gold Path Solar @goldpathsolar because they were willing to be flexible and just install what I needed (Q Cells with DC output) and hook up the electric for me. They did a really fine job, showed up within a week and finished in under 4 hours. I found them to be reliable, honest and efficient with very reasonable prices. They went the extra mile for me as my generator would not accept the current initially. They troubleshooted the problem by switching the polarity on the parallel lines going to the emergency shut off thus allowing the generator to utilize the over 3000 watts produced in full sunlight. They are local in the Delaware Ohio area which is an added bonus.

Jake with gold path was extremely helpful and informative throughout the entire process. He kept us up to date with the process, answered any questions we had at any time and went above and beyond to help me and my family after the company that delivered our panels (not Gold Path) pulled out our service line and pulled our meter off our house. Jake took the time to work with the company responsible to right what they did wrong and insured that we were compensated quickly. It is in my opinion rare to find a company today with the morals and standards Gold Path has. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Very highly recommend!! Gold Path Solar has amazing customer service, is very reasonably priced, and has market leading products! I recently asked for a quote from a very well known solar installer that literally covered my roof in panels. I wondered if I really needed that many panels, it was pricey too. So, I reached out to Adam H at Gold Path Solar for another quote. I was very pleasantly surprised by their quote as it was HALF that of the competition. Why? Because the first company was overselling me!! Gold Path will not. Look at my energy bill...I'm VERY pleased with a $20 electric bill during winter...that's nuts. Can't wait for the Summer sun!!!

Their designers spent the time going over where the panels would be placed on our house and why, for optimum performance. They also covered how our system will work with our electric company's power grid. Looking forward to getting our system installed!

Incredible service! I should’ve done this years ago! Don’t choose anyone else! My wife and I worked with Alex on this and he did an incredible of sitting down with us and going over everything from how it works, to how the monthly billing goes, and then even all the installation questions I had. Even post installation I had a couple questions for him and every time he picked up the phone and was happy to answer or get me an answer if he didn’t know off the top of his head. We’ve been really happy with solar and recommend it to anyone that will listen.

I have nothing bad to say about my experience with Gold Path Solar. They are an exceptionally well-run company with great people from the leadership all the way down to the installers. The Co-Founder, Adam H, was there for us every single step of the way. I was never confused or stressed about what was going on or what needed to be done… Adam made sure of that. We were updated continually on every step of the process. The crew that came to install my solar panels was extremely friendly and incredibly professional from the time they showed up until the work was complete. They were quick and efficient and cleaned up after themselves more than any other contractors that I have dealt with in the past. The quality of the installation, as well as the panels themselves, is second to none. As soon as the panels were up and the wiring installed, I was producing more energy than my home was using. This is an absolute fantastic company and I highly recommend them if you are in the market for saving money!

I received 8 quotes for my solar project including Gold Path. I originally chose a different company to do my install. Once they performed the home assessment things went sideways. I got hit with many extra charges and work that would need to be completed before they could do the install ($7000) and their battery option would not support my whole home unless I bought 2 (adding an additional $17000 to project). With Gold Path Solar none of that was the case. They offered a battery option for my whole home and I did not have to make any changes to my existing electrical panels. They provided research and Youtube videos that would aid me in choosing the right products for my home. Jake was amazing as a point of contact. He always kept me informed of current steps and next steps in the project. Communication was key. Jeremie and the other electricians were top notch. They respected my home and protected my property. They were great at explaining all of the parts of my unit and how they worked together and additional add-ons I can do later like adding an EV charger or sauna or using a stand-alone generator to charge my back-up battery . They were not the first company I spoke with or the cheapest but they were the best for me. There association with Credit Human Credit Union is a plus as well.
