Sales and product quality has been awesome. Trouble with the coordination during the electrical installation with subcontractors due to poor communication delayed project. Issue with software on one inverter has gone unresolved for several weeks. A+ for sales giving a straight and transparent proposal, A+ for product quality, A+ for cost, D for project management and communication. Overall panels are performing well and delivering expected outputs (or better) at the lowest total cost. Despite horrible project management, quality of install was good.
