This is a long comment. I base my ratings more so on Sunrun, but it was through Fusion Power through whom I contracted with Sunrun. I'm quite a bit unhappy with Sunrun and wish the Fusion (Sunrun) salesperson had not recommended Sunrun, but an other similar provider.. I have attempted to have my Sunrun (Titan) solar panel system reevaluated, because the figures they used for initial design were not reflective of normal use. The summer figures used were skewed since the house had been empty for a couple of months before I bought it and moved in late July. I'm now in a quandary, because I'm paying more for electricity than before and fear I'll continue to pay more if the system is not reevaluated and redesigned to reflect actual usage based on current statements. The “Solar Credit” is never greater than the monthly $58 charge. The “Solar Credit” should be greater than the monthly $58 service charge. That's why I pay more for electricity now than before. No one at Sunrun customer service seems to get it? It's not rocket science! It shows the problem in the simplest form! Frustrated, I even attempted to contact Fusion Power for help, but that was fruitless. The phone number provided connected me with a sales type individual who couldn't help. During, over a year of dealing with Sunrun customer service, they kept losing utility statements I sent electronically and they kept assigning new analysts to work on my case who really knew nothing and I kept having to explain the issue and resend lost statements and I had already sent and more than once. I quit battling Sunrun for a bit, because of Covid and resulting in a loss of full time staff, but I plan to restart this battle this summer.

Because I purchased solar plans from them and was under sold what I needed. And have been trying to get more panels and still keep my warranty. I have been talking to a person in sells and he is been trying to help me. I have requested that one of the owners call me so we could get this worked out. But have had nothing but the run around since. I feel that they got their money from me, which I paid in full for. And now I'm not worth their time. Also my seems representative tried to get extra money out of me. That I had to keep calling about. I have been very disappointed with their business practices. And wonder why I myself have waited this long to say something. There is a gentleman there named Will that has been trying to help me, and I appreciate him .

Because I can't leave a 0 star. They don't communicate with you on the progress of your install and one day installers just show up. Also they sell you products that they have no clue about what you actually need or how any of it operates. They are just there to take money from you. Our system has been live for almost a year now and still doesn't function properly and we can't get anyone to come fix it. Also Richard R should only be allowed to be a burger microwaver at McDonald's

I would not recommend Fusion to anyone. I was told their panels would connect to my existing panels but when I had them installed my energy actually decreased. The installed it incorrectly the first time and had to come back and redo it. I have been with them for two years and my problems have not been fixed. They just keep putting it off. They don’t care any more.

Dishonest company, I was told I would receive 1000 gift card after installation, never got it. Salesman never put it in the contact. My bad, but I do have text messages from him telling me when I would receive it. Not an honest company.

They give solar power a bad name. I'm trying to warn everyone to stay away from Fusion and from solar. They installed it under a tree. I get low performance, and I'm paying the same or more than I had before the install. It is the worst customer experience I've ever had and Fusion Power is only about the money--they don't care about the client.

I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Their Salesman lied and misrepresented what they were doing. I am contacting the Attorney General about the Fraud they perpetrated on me. I told the sales person I was not interested in adding panels to my existing system if it was a lease, as what I have was paid off. He assured me it was not a lease. I asked him again as we were going through the consultation and again he assured me, I was not leasing the panels. He lied about the rates also. I now have additional panels that so far have not lowered my power bill much and a lease which adds an additional cost to my power bill or a $46,000. bill to pay off.

Fusion Power Please be aware that Fusionpower is engaging in predatory practices on the elderly. They used paperwork that showed the lender would be deducting $210.14 per month on a supposed $33,000 dollar system, declaring that he would get a government subsidy of $20,000 to buy down the loan to $13,000, and telling my 83 year old father that the $210.14 is the most he’ll ever pay for the system plus a nearly non-existent electric bill because the system would offset it. I have a copy of that paper. The salesman then sticks a contract in front of my father that shows a finance amount of $63,357.86 with finance charge of $37,641.94 for a grand total of $100,999.80 for the system. This also shows 16 monthly (interest only) payments of $210.14 Then, 281 monthly payments of $346.24. That alone is more than their electric bill has ever been just for the solar system payments. Then a one time payment of $344.12 Fusionpower is saying that the salesman was a subcontractor and that he is not responding to them either. My problem is why did they accept the contract as written if they suggest the salesman was the one who took advantage of my father? His latest bill with his solar was $258.18 That combined with the standard payment is $604.42 That’s double the highest bill he’s ever had. On top of this it looks like the subsidies he is likely to receive is going to be a small fraction of what was suggested by the Fusion Power representative. If anyone has had occasion to do business with this company I would appreciate feedback and any advice available.

WHY do you guys obviously train your people to continue to know or ring the doorbells of the houses that have BIG signs stating, "NO SOLICITING"??? .... Josh was just at my door ringing my doorbell. It's obvious to me that it's your training telling him that it's ok to disregard signs on the doors that politely states, "No Soliciting". Because of that, it's YOUR leadership who is putting your people in a bad situation. When I mentioned to him to WALK AWAY from houses that have these signs, his response was, "I don't care!" You people have problems on your hands!!! He has NO idea that I have the entire recording of his wrongdoings. The only thing he did right was walk away when I said to get off my property. I work from home and I do NOT need solicitors or anyone knocking at ANY time whatso ever, but it's obvious that training sees things differently. I will NEVER do business with your company in ANY way! I will ALWAYS steer people looking for solar in a total different direction than yours!!

They are one of the worst companies. They will lie and tell you what they will due but never do what they say they will do, Cannot trust this company. Since they will not contact us after several phone calls and emails we've decided to contact the finance company and let them know we will not make any further payments until Fusion has completed the work they promised. One of our neighbors and another friend of ours we have spoke with have decided not to go with Fusion to get solar so we;re glad they have listened to us. We are contacting an attorney to get this problem resolved. Do Not Have This Company Install Your Solar .

Do not do business with this company! Review what your AVERAGE monthly utility bills are. If you receive a quote from them, carefully review the monthly loan amount you will be required to pay compared to your AVERAGE monthly cost without solar. You will clearly be able to see that it is not a financial sound decision to utilize solar. They will oversell you on what you need and the maximum annual tax credit is only $1,000.
