I signed with Frontline Home Solutions in June, my Generac was installed the first week of August, my gas meter will not be installed until December because Frontline did not give the line pressure test results to the gas company in time, for a speedy install The Generac was installed in the wrong spot, the city inspector made them move it… The electricians blew out my breaker box , but they replaced it, They also blew out the circuit board in my on demand hot water heater, I h was without hot water for 53 days. Cold showers are hard on a 66 year old. Frontline did replace it after 53 days The customer service is bad,, example, today Cameron had scheduled an appointment for Friday at 1 pm, he never called or showed up. I called Frontline 5 times to find out what was going on. No one who could help answered. Finally a Manager called to send a man out at 8 pm. I was stuck at home all day waiting The Gas company said it would hook up my meter and gas line the first week of December ,six months after me signing my contract 3 neighbors used a different installer, got the same generator and gas hook up in 3 months, with no other issues

They promise everything, but once you sign you can't get them on the phone. When you ask about what was promised they ask if it was in the contract? They say they'll come speak to you and explain everything but don't show up. Also have a high employee turnover. The bill however is right on time.
