Awful! They installed our system 2 years ago with a 2 year parts and labor warranty. The first time it leaked they came the same day to fix it. Great! The next time it leaked (bad!) Fenix Pool Solar had been sold so we had to deal with a different company. It was a pain but they came and fixed it. This last time (yes, it’s failed 3 times in 2 years) we were told to deal with the new company. They refused as the original owners had taken the company back. Three weeks of fighting to get someone to fix it under warranty and nothing! Fenix’s own tech told us to register a complaint with the BBB. We did but of course Fenix never replied. My husband ordered $20 in parts and fixed himself. So it’s a crappy install and non-existent warranty. Do not use this company!
