Absolutely the WORST customer service I've EVER experienced in my LIFE. I was convinced by the sales rep to go solar, was told what a GREAT company they are, and it's been nothing but a NIGHTMARE. To Start, there is NO customer service, like at ALL. I've reached out to the original sales rep NUMEROUS TIMES, and it takes him days, even weeks to reply. So, I figured, okay, maybe he's just not the right person to talk to. So I reached out to the customer support dept via email. I received a response several days later asking when would be a good time for a tech to check out my issues... to which I replied, "anytime" is fine. Nothing. No reply, even after I followed up AGAIN. My issue is that my system has supposedly been hooked up since September, BUT I am receiving the EXCACT SAME energy bill from Duke that I was prior to the solar panel installation. I am not getting ANY benefit of having solar whatsoever, I don't even think the system is working, but I'll never know because NOBODY from the company EVER responds. HORRIBLE. STAY TF AWAY!
