The people I spoke to explained all the details, the type of equipment being used, and how much energy it could produce. That’s great customer service over there! Better than I expected initially. Dealing with them was a breeze. From quotation to installation, their agent was very informative and knows what he is doing. From the start, they designed me a system that would offer me plenty of energy at a price I could afford. They took care of everything from the planning and inspection. When it was time to set up the system, their installers came as scheduled. The installation was done very carefully, making sure not to damage the roof. Overall, I was very satisfied with how everything turned out.

The company is solid! They worked with my schedule since I was mostly out of town and had to coordinate with them mostly by phone. They took care of all the paperwork and the design. The installation was done on a weekend so I could personally check what they were doing. Everything went smoothly and after six months the system is still working perfectly.

If I could give or 0 stars I would. Do NOT listen to their sales pitch, it's all lies! My electric bills have doubled since the installation of this system. Basically my monthly bill is about the same, but I'm also paying $184 per month of the solar equipment loan. Plus my electric kWh charge went from 0.04 kWh to now 0.109 kWh and the average "solar credit" we receive monthly has been between $22-$75, averaging out to about $30 per month. So I'm paying $35,000 for a solar system that's worthless!
