The process was a little longer than expected, but the great customer service made up for it. My rep, Levi J, spent numerous hours explaining the process and answered all my questions through phone calls or in person. Levi kept me well informed throughout the process. It has been five months since my solar system has been running. The Sun Run company has contacted me numerous times by phone, text and email to check on the system and to ask if i had any concerns or questions. I also have called them about my bill and received exceptional service. It has been the best experience working with Elite Home and Sun Run. Their employees care and want to help.
