I went solar in 2015 after researching several companies, comparing purchasing and leasing options, and reading the contracts and fine print. EmPower was the easiest to deal with (I asked for contractual changes), and they delivered what they promised timely and efficiently. There was no double-talk, which I encountered with other companies' salespeople when I questioned the numbers, among other things. They were honest, responsible, and stood by their product and work, delivering exceptional customer service, which has continued over the years. I referred a friend late in 2023, who reported that she, similarly, enjoyed excellent service.

This was a great experience. Everyone was so helpful and responses were very prompt. They took care of the whole process which made everything simple and stress free for me. The installation process was seamless and all the workers were respectful, polite and very competent. I would recommend this company to anyone, and I gladly tell all my neighbors and friends who I used for my solar and strongly recommend them.

Empower has to be in the top of solar companies they are A plus their services are all too notch and their word is their bond We looked at several other companies but none came close to empower We had a large 44 panel system installed and it's working exactly as they said Their installation is above the other's. They are a very class act. They installed a anti bird/animal mesh around the system so that nothing can get underneath. Other companies charge extra and their system doesn't come close to empower There is no reason to look elsewhere. Empower is the one to go too

Every team which came to our home were professional, personable and knowledgeable. The installation crew was very conscientious and worked smartly, diligently and efficiently. Great planning and communication. I had many questions and all were answered well. Both solar and battery systems performing well. Happy to have QUIET reliable backup power that can also selfrenew when the sun comes back out. Happy to have selected EmPower. Electric savings is tough to calculate because it depends on time of year. 10-20% winter and 90% summer ... best guess. I need to learn tools to estimate and a few years to get better caculations. But it seems in the ballpark of original estimates. So I guessed 60% overall.

I chose Empower solar in 2007 after speaking with several other providers on Long Island. Empower was one of the few to be an authorized Sunpower dealer. Sunpower panels were and still are the most efficient panels. Empower worked closely with me to design and install the system I wanted and now with the sysem they installed well over a decade ago my home is 100% powered by solar which includes light, cooling, even heating and 2 plug-in vehicles. They promptly took care of an issue under warranty when the system was several years old. A true stand-up organization.

When I was experiencing a problem from a system installed by a competitor, Empower was there to come out and assess the issue and provide recommendations. In addition, I recommended Empower to my neighbor who has been very happy with their solar panels.

recently, I Purchased solar panels from sun power solar. this review by the best company website is NOT true. I live in New Jersey and I as well as my neighbor was able to install sun power solar panels. the boys were very careful and respectful of my home.
