We had talked to another solar panel provider prior to speaking with Empower. The salesman was very aggressive and pushy, he made us uncomfortable,so we sent him on his way. A month or two later we spoke with Tamara and Alan from Empower. They gave us information and options, but no pressure. They always cheerfully responded to my many questions along the way. Once we signed, the process went very smoothly and progressed a bit quicker than we had expected. The crew installing the panels were courteous and also answered some questions for us. Overall, the experience was very positive. I would highly recommend Empower to anyone interested in Solar.

The solar system I was set up with has greatly reduced my monthly expenses. In fact normally the only amount we're paying is our loan which is much cheaper than our historical bills. Plus local incentives offset part of those payment. I was extremely grateful I went with empower solar when I did as energy costs have risen sharply since then. They also offer a lot of options and were very upfront and realistic about the solar performance/lifetime savings.

Very courteous sales staff who explained everything clearly and answered all our questions. Installation was very quick with professional results. Loving our solar. We build credits over the spring/summer and fall, and use them in the winter, resulting in a big reduction in our energy bills.
