From our first interaction with the team at Empower when a personable gentleman knocked on our door, through working with Jackson, the sales/account manager, all the way through installation, we had an absolutely wonderful experience. Everyone was knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. I honestly struggle to think of a similar experience that was so smooth from start to finish.

Very courteous sales staff who explained everything clearly and answered all our questions. Installation was very quick with professional results. Loving our solar. We build credits over the spring/summer and fall, and use them in the winter, resulting in a big reduction in our energy bills.
