Empower Energy Solutions is a great company to work with, from my first meeting with Alana, when she explained the savings I could get from having the solar system installed on my house, how it works, and the stress that the electrical grid is under and how houses with solar panels help relieve some of that stress. I knew absolutely nothing about solar power until I had talked with her,she answered all my questions and concerns about the solar process. After I finished talking to her I was ready to get started with getting it installed.Brian and his crew were very efficient installing the panels and professional installing the electrical system. The whole process has been very easy.Everyone I have dealt with have been great and they have explained everything that they have done and what to expect when I have the system turned on.No stress or surprises, one of the easiest and best things I’ve had done to my house. I would recommend Empower to anyone thinking of getting Solar Energy.

Very good company, had one minor problem they took care of it fast, locked in a nice price for electric which I will pay the same as it goes up for everyone else, this is the future way to go, and this is the company to go with.

handled everything nicely and I feel like the pricing was fair for services rendered, the review is not 5 stars because the customer service was a little hit or mis and the whole process overall was slower than expected

Dylan said he would be our contact, and he was. I asked if our monthly cost could be the same and also cover our garage?Empower made this happen. All the teams knew what they were doing and worked together. Also you were able to get all the panels on our main front roof. Little things like checking in and a gift card gave you five stars

Everything was explained to me and all me and all my questions were answered. The installation didn’t seem to be long and they cleaned up after themselves, Panels are awesome, haven’t had an electric bill since they started producing, I’m so glad I chose this company as I know there are many companies to choose from.

Steven meet with my husband and I to discuss the benefits of solar. He explained and showed us the benefits of solar. Steven has responded promptly to all our phone calls and texts thru the process on having solar installed. The installation team did a spectacular job extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. We would recommend Empower Energy Solutions and they deserve a five star rating. Thank you from Dorris and Paul Barbour

Very professional team from contract to completion. Handled a bump in the final completion permit process and got us done on time as agreed. All team members were courteous and competent, performing their respective roles very well. Calls returned, items completed as promised and materials installed as represented. I am happy to recommend Empower for solar installation.

Best Customer Service. Sales stays with you to assist with any question during install. Install guys were excellant. Had an issue and someone came out the next day to reset the system and showed me what to do if it ever happened again. Nail issues since. My loan is a consistent amount every month. And my electric bill is no more than twenty dollars a month. And sometimes it's not anything. I really wish I had done this.Sooner

Our family had nothing but possible experience with Empower Energy Solutions. Any time we had a question, Alana got back to us right away. The whole process was a great experience. The company uses top of the line panels and installation was quick and professional. Aside from being good for the environment, going solar was excellent decision from the financial point of view, and Alana explained all the details during our first meeting. We highly recommend Empower Energy Solutions.

What I liked best was the way the panels were delivered on time, placed where I had asked. As for the panels being installed, I liked the way the men worked together in a routine. Two or three on the roof, one bringing panels up to them. They answered any questions or concerns that I had without hesitation. Great group of men.
