I recently went Solar with EDGE. They provided excellent service from the beginning. Answered all of my questions, provided education and worked with me to get the best system and financing for my situation. I had spoken with two other companies before EDGE and it seemed like those companies tried to steer me into their packages that didn't work for me. I was frustrated and almost gave up on Solar and canceled my appointment with EDGE. I'm glad I didn't. It was obvious from the beginning they planned the project specifically to my house and my needs. From planning, to installation, to activation and even after they guide you through the whole process. It was a big project and not without issues but most they brought to my attention with a plan to remedy and the one complaint I raised they were quick to rectify beyond my expectations. Also they were very respectful of my scheduling concerns with a young child and covid related concerns with people entering my home. Overall they were very professional and provided great customer service.
