Cosmo Solaris Reviews

We had Cosmo Solaris install solar panels on our home on 4 December 2025. It's now 3 April 2026 and the panels are still not fully functional. There have been 4 failed county electrical inspections and it takes weeks for them to respond to emails asking for updates. They often claim they don't understand why the system failed the inspection and send affiliates without sufficient knowledge to deal with the inspectors. Their initial proposal states they will pay our electric bill if it takes longer than 10 weeks to get the system approved and operating. I'm not counting on that since I can barely get an email response from them and when we call them, they find ways to excuse their lack of follow-up. We notified them that we'll be hiring our own master electrician to finish the job correctly and they can pay for that. Again, not counting on it. They should be embarrassed for their serious lack of follow up and repeated inspection failures. We paid tens of thousands of dollars for worthless panels and don't know when they'll ever be functional.

This is my 2nd negative posting for Cosmos Solaris. It now March of 2026. I had system installed in December 2025. My system is still not fully functioning as per the agreement I paid for. Additionally, I cannot get Cosmos Solaris to schedule troubleshooting /repairs, and I cannot get them to schedule a final inspection with the county. The customer service has been completely unsatisfactory with no communication and constant ghosting. Horrible experience and I still do not have any commitment from Cosmos Solaris to get system operating per our contracted agreement or a final inspection scheduled to clear permit with the county. Absolutely terrible!

We are extremely satisfied with our solar installation from Cosmo Solaris. From the very beginning, their team provided great guidance and helped us choose the perfect solar system for our home. The installation process was smooth and their accuracy was impressive. We highly recommend them!
