Unqualified workforce. The project failed inspection 3 times. One year after installation only 10 of my 18 panels were producing.
Never can talk to a person on the phone. After a year and two months they finally fixed the issues . Unfortunately ones they collect the money after the installation..good luck getting anyone out to your site if you have any problems.

After installation no follow up at all, not sure how it works or how to read the meter. Definitely not saving what we were told.

Hello Mr. Berman, after reviewing your comments as well as your file, we can see that your system was designed to offset about 79% of your energy usage as per your solar proposal. Additionally, we were able to view your systems production and it aligns with the expectations set at said proposal and production guidelines. In regards to your consumption however, we see an increase of your previous monthly usage (1600 kwh) to now 2500 kwh per month with December being your lowest consuming at 1969 kwh since going solar. you can never get anyone on the phone.
Solar panels installed in October 2022, it is now January 2024 and it has not been turned on. They just keep telling me they are waiting for inspection. I swear, if this isn't a scam, I don't know what is.

They assured us that the loan payments are refunded for the months before the system is operational. However, once charged, they do not refund, and it's been months.
