The site says I have solar system I do not I have a generator, was not able to sign in with system ID a074W00001M7ywAQAR, had to call representative who change my I’d number. Now your system says I have a solar installation. The representative did not listen to what I was telling him just fast talked me and proceeded as if he was in a hurry and want to move on to the next call.

I have had Sunnova panels for 3 years and it has been a nightmare!! When panels were installed I was still paying a regular bill to my electric company when I addressed it with Sunnova in more than one occasion I was told to be patient 🤬 I contacted my electric company and they stated that Sunnova never sent them the paperwork that was required. Then in April/May of 2022 (not sure) Sunnova came and disconnected my system without telling me supposedly for an upgraded. My husband noticed that the locks were cut off the box and the light was not working after calling several times they finally sent a technician out to then learn that they needed access to the basement ok fine I stated they would have to come on a Saturday. It took several different open cases for them to get it right finally in September the system is working and wham Sunnova tells us we owe $400 dollars for the time period that system was down .So not only did I pay high electric bills during this time period but now my system is shut down for non payment not once throughout this whole time have they even tried to compromise. Let’s talk customer service… either I’m being rushed off the phone or they are round. Or how about every time I call I get a different story. Never the same answers. Today topped it off. So a supervisor finally called me after 10 months of this bs. And states that even though my system wasn’t active it still produces usage!? If someone can explain that comment that would be great. Smdh worst decision we’ve ever made. And it’s funny when you mention lawyer they call you back even if it is with bs. So now I have no idea what my next move should be VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER

The people that installed the panels are equipment completed their portion of the project in one day. Waiting over a month now for the next portion, after which I'm told 6 to 8 weeks for utility company to complete. From planning stages to completion is greatly lacking coordination within.

The solar panel install was quick and efficient and the work seems good. The next 6 weeks were spent with "an issue" that nobody could get out to fix and nobody returned messages or gave updates. Then, out of the blue, I get a request for a review and check to find my panels are working. Good product, terrible communication.

We used Trinity Solar to install the solar panels and the roof started to leak after the installation. They also didn’t even had our information in their system after the installation so we couldn’t pay our bill for the panels. We had a overall poor experience with the installation, customer service, and support service.

Communication between the Electrical engineering crew and the county was terrible and resulted in my direct interaction with the county to determine what the 400a service connection to the utility would look like. Our project was a learning experience for our project contractor. The quality of the project overall is very good. Our project took over 5 months from groundbreaking to final approval and activation of the system. Nearly 10 months from contract signing to completion.

i have been a custumer of sun nova for over 5 years and all i can say is I have no regrets about going solar . the security of not worrying about going in to the darkness is priceless. life on an island can have a turn for the worst in no time during a hurracane season . but that's all in the past now . not having to worry about the long lines at a gas station to get gas for a generator or to worry about loosing all the groceries in the fridge because you have no power gives you a feeling of freedom like no other. Thanks to you all at Sun Nova for making it happened !!!!!
