MY SOLAR BILL IS $84.04 EVERY MONTH, TXU BILL WAS $47.09 .I'M PAYING $132.13 FOR APRIL. I,M PAYING $55.13 MORE THAN I PAYING LAST YEAR. IT'S NOT EVEN SUMMER YET. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY . Sunova pasted a Sunrun sticker on my inverter that states to call a Sunrun number for servive. I contacted the Sunrun number and was told that there was no contract to service my system. I called Sunova about it. The botyon line was if i needed service they Would contact me in a month ir mote to set up a service date! In addition they misrepresented the ammount of solar power the system can produce, it will not match my historical use and bottm line will never save on my overall electric bill. P My recommendation is to avoid this company.

I'm end very disappointed by trinity people took 3 1/2 months go get in end your system only puts out small of electric I use I'm using 2600 kWh a month your system can only supply maybe 750 kWh there was more room in front of my house. trinity bad design and sells man never told me time it takes to get on I hope I save money but way I see it it will cost me more?🤞think I got screwed we'll see?

Sunnova SUCKS! You can NOT monitor your solar system real-time! The customer service call center is in Belize, Oscar the center manager REFUSED to give me the corporate number for me to complain! I’m paying a lot of money for a solar power system that I DO NOT know if it is producing, because I can not monitor it in real time! All Oscar kept saying was that he was a customer service only! As per my contract, SUNNOVA is supposed to monitor, maintain, repair and support my system! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

What can I say? My lease goes up every month yet electricity prices haven't risen by the same amount in Arizona. In winter, my bill is around $40 but with a lease of $150 it's just not worth the savings on the summer months. During summer sysem prduces 30% of my energy. Was promised WAY more thn that. I want out and the peace of mind of not having to pay ever increasing instalments for the next 19 years.

Sunnova has been ripping me off from day one. Their systems do not provide the adequate amount of kilowatts per month to power your home. You get billed both by Sunnova and your local carrier. If your considering solar for your home, run don’t walk run away from this company. They are crooks. Those of you who are suffering like me with Sunnova please contact me. My inverter not working since July 2019 till November 2019. It is still not fixed. I have sent several email and spoke to customer service according to them it’s been order and it is still in process. I am not sure how long will it take to come and install the inverter. My grandmother was given a $500 check to get her to go solar. Her pg&e is $2600 as of today. Her true up is $2919. And a lien put on her house. She's 80 years old and the stress over all this is killing her. Not to mention when sunnova came out to service her system their company van sideswiped my suv and didn't say nothing. Hit and run. Luckily the neighbor witnessed it all. Over four months now they say their gonna pay for the damage to my vehicle but keep slow playing me .......they prey on elderly people and a class action lawsuit needs be done asap.

My system went down on July 12, 2019. I did not get a call from Sunnova. I contacted Sunnova about a week later and have been getting the run around since. In 2 days it will be ONE (1) MONTH since my system stopped working. I am tired calling Sunnova. All they do is to give me a case number. I have two (2) case numbers but a NON-working system. Who is going to pay my power bill? I use to encourage my neighbors to get a Sunnova system. No longer. I will let them know about the lousy customer service. So sorry I ever got this system.

My system has been down for a month and a half, I have called multiple times, talked to many reps and a supervisor, was promised a return call from all of them and never got a one! I'm still waiting for my work order to be scheduled, even though it was "expedited" 2 weeks ago! Highly frustrating customer service. I just want my darn panels fixed!

I am a customer for a year. I called multiple times about my production. 18 panels were tripped but they did not even care about my concerns. I called 4 weeks in a row. Nobody ever tried to call back. I called the installer momentum solar who blamed sunova for not giving them a wok order. I would not trust sunova representatives. They were supposed to get back to me but it’s been 2 months , I did not recieve an update or a call. I would not trust their contract at all.

Horrible company! Avoid Sunnova, there are much better options. I was charged their $300 UCC fee for a total of $600 during a refinance of my home. When I called to correct their mistake I was told they would not be correcting the problem. When I asked how to file a formal complaint, the rep told me she would pass along my sentiments. I said that wasn't good enough I'd like her supervisor's contact information and was denied. I asked to speak with any other representative and was denied. These crooks don't belong in the industry, please don't be fooled the way we were.

Not a happy customer at all. My spouse and I have literally spent ( me) a half an hour on the phone just trying to talk to anyone to no avail. My wife called today and was on hold for approximately one hour again could not talk to anyone. Here’s the sad part, we need to change the payment arrangements in your favor so you get paid correctly, yet we cannot reach anyone. We are not happy at all. Payment will cease shortly unless you folks initiate a call immediately.

Run, don't walk away from this company! They don't tell you how they are going to install your panels in a way that prevents you from doing any normal maintenance on your roof and how they are going to gouge you when you need your panels moved. $6000 to move panels on a house that's less than 1100 sq. ft. That erases all your savings and far more! Customer service is the WORST! Never call back. Horrible!

I wish it were possible to give less than a star rating. We have had Sunnova Solar for 5 years and have had nothing but trouble. Not only does the system under perform but the customer service is appalling. My honest opinion is that the company from the top down is only concerned about money and each customer is seen as an inconvenience. In trying to accomplish a very easy task, I have spent no less than 2 hours on hold today.

Horrible! My solar system was installed in January and it took 4 months to start working. Installation on the wall looks horrible stickers everywhere and pipes everywhere. My neighbor installed a solar system with another company and his installation looks so much better than mine. I will never tell friends or family about you guys . You guys been so irresponsible I regret doing this with you guys.

We explained our situation before, and Sunnova replied saying that they will have someone contact us. We did get a phone call, but we did not resolve our problem. Our roof is still leaking, no one came to assess and fix our roof and no one has even called after the ONE time they called to see what was going on. We are going to be contacting someone to legally help us already. We've been dealing with this problem since November of 2017

I pay them $77 + Electric Company 350 + per month I need a good lawyer, customer service is less than desirable to deal with as well no follow up; was under husband's name and they wouldn't talk to me until after he lost his job and they me to pay...

I wish we would have never went with Sunova. Have only been with them for less then a year and between the electric bill and sunova bill we are paying double in electricity then previous year. They so call have sent or will send someone over to check solar but still no improvement. Only maybe the first 2 months our bill looked like they promised it will after that its ridiculous. I will get in contact with a lawyer to get this panels off my house. I will never refer Sunnova/Trinty solar to anyone.

We had decided not to get solar, when this salesman, Paul L. came to our house. We told him, "no," but he came back again, so we gave him an appointment. He was very nice and honest, he sold us and we took happy pictures and he left. He never checked on us when everything went wrong from the contract to the installation to the running of the system. The customer service of this company is not good. The people are nice enough on the phone, the problems must be in house because things do not get resolved or corrected. I have had my system for 4 or 5 years now and things still are not right.

Our system broke eight months ago and we are still expected to pay and they are unwilling to fix or remove the system. Sunnova is a foreign for profit company. Their customer service reps read from a script and they will not provide any assistance. There is no access to upper management. WARNING... DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE THIS COMPANY.

So far, just a couple of weeks in, things are going pretty poorly. A third of the panels weren't working after install and, even though it was the install company that told us this, nobody crew was sent to fix things until I called. I was told by the install company that I'm still on the hook for for full payment even if the equipment isn't working. Starting to look like one of the worst decisions I've made in my fifty years on the planet... more to come.
