This is our first solar installation process. While it took some trial and error to get all of our paneks online, it was Faris and team's reliabilty that accounts for my five star review. Definitely ask for in-house technicians. It makes the difference!

Part of my system went down due to a gateway failure, so I reached out to Farris to inform him of the issue. After a few days, he was able to get a tech out to me & had the tech install my spare Gateway board for me. After about 3hrs, I was back up & running @ 100%. Thanks
