Being a first time home buyer, the concept of adding solar to my home was always one of the first things I wanted to add, especially living in a place like SoCal where the weather allows us to reap the benefits of solar energy. It's been a lengthy process to say the least, but one that I am thoroughly enjoying to learn more about. Although I was quoted a specific timeline for my solar panel installation, the installers were able to complete the installation early without sacrificing the quality of their work, which made me really happy.

They did a great job with my solar system. I had been in touch with Solar Optimum about a year ago to get a solar system, but due to some unexpected challenges on a personal level I had to put that on hold. When I reached out to them again three months ago, they remembered me and were ready to pick right up where we left. I was hesitant on going solar for a while due to the cost since I knew I had some upgrades to complete at my home. I quickly found out that much of the cost had rebates and credits and that I could get to help lesson the cost. After meeting with some reps I was happy to pick Solar Optimum for the job. Their presentation was very professional and their rep was able to answer my questions without a pause. I felt he was well informed and that what I look for with any company I go with.

I went through many finding out if they even covered my area. Once I found companies who did I looked at their products, Financing, options, warranties as well as their licencing. I sent out my info to about 4 companies who all sent in similar bids. In the end due to both materials and pricing I felt I got the best price and service from Solar Optimum.

In connection to remodel project of our home, we contacted Solar Optimum to see if it would be possible (and that it would make financial sense) to add a solar system to the roof since we were already going to be doing construction. Mark was very helpful and walked us through everything we could expect with solar system and gave us recommendations based on what we wanted out of it. We definitely got the sense that Solar Optimum does NOT operate on a "one-size-fits-all" philosophy because they took our needs and wishes seriously when putting together our design and offer. Awesome. Had panels installed last month, very happy. Our initial contact with Mark , response to questions and concerns quick. Staff respectful, honest, truthful. I feel that I can contact them even after installation. At one point we were off line on enphase monitoring, staff was helpful to get us back online in a timely manner. Its great that I have to ability to contact for issues.

I spoke to Sean, who provided detailed information about their service and explained the whole installation process. Everything went smoothly from start to end. Although there was an instant when there was a problem with the start up, they came through to diagnose the issue, which happened to be just a software update, and was able to resolve the issue immediately. In an industry full of dishonest people, it is refreshing to come across Solar Optimum! They were patient and honest, and they made me feel like I was their number one priority regardless of when I contacted them. I ended up buying an LG solar system with inverter from Enphase, which was installed 2 weeks ago. I am very impressed by Solar Optimum's kindness and honesty and also their prices! I recommend calling them if you want to get solar too! We're thinking about the Tesla power wall but for now, we're very happy with our existing energy system.

I bought the Tesla Powerwall battery three months ago. I already had solar on my home, and part of the reason I wanted the battery was to optimize my energy efficiency even more so that in case my solar paneles aren't producing (like during rain and when the weather sucks), I don't have to pay for power! And compared to some of the other options out there, the design of the Tesla battery is much, much nicer! Glad I went with Solar Optimum for the battery install. They had it in stock while others didn't and they were also very helpful in getting me the rebate for the Tesla Powerwall.

I am really impressed with Solar Optimum customer service. I am very satisfied with my solar system . I already have my solar for more than a year and never had a problem . Once the counter was turned off ( I have turned the box switch off by mistake) the technician came and turned it on . Even that time they were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend everyone to install solar and to go with solar Optimum. You will not regret it at all.

My bills had increased moving into our new home and flt to get ahead of our expenses was the best choice. We looked into solar for a few months before choosing a company to go with. We went over many sites trying to pin down a company that would serve us best. We chose Solar Optimum in part because of the many 5 star comments left on each site for them but really because I felt comfortable talking to them. They treated me as a person with real concerns. I am glad I put in the effort it paid off.

Mark constantly kept me informed about the progress, So I knew that everything was going according to the plan. If there were ever a tiny issue-- and there were few-- he was on it right away and let me know what the next steps were going to be. The installation went perfect too. Take my advice and go with Solar Optimum!!

I just had solar installed at my home and couldn't be happier that I did. It was quite the challenge finding a company that I finally wanted to go with. Each person I spoke to at Solar Optimum had so much information to relay. I loved that every time I called they would have a specialist ready to answer my questions. They were wonderful about keeping me informed with each process that had to take place. My system has been up and running for years now saving me from my bills every month and on top I am to expect a tax return for adding this. Truly a win , win for me.

We have done everything in our control to try and limit our costs. We have done lots of upgrades to more energy efficient items and figured the last phase would be to finally go solar at our home. I received a quote from Solar Optimum and was surprised at the amount of details that went into it. The others I had received didn't seem to much in quality. After meeting with Ivan and going through project I felt really good about my choice to move forward with them.

I can't believe I waited to go solar when I could have saved a lot more money a lot sooner. I knew while my bills were moderate to high in the summers there was a better answer yet. EVEN LOWER BILLS. After I saw the results of what solar could do for both my home and my wallet I would be crazy not to. The crew from Solar Optimum came over and began working on my house and before I knew it, were done. My system looked sleek and stylish and did not diminish from the look of my home. the saving since have been second to none and I am so glad to have made the switch

I found this company on Yelp. They had a lot of great reviews and also a long history of being in business. When I called them and gave them my information a solar rep visited me at my house to show me a proposal and go over my questions with me. They began the install and even installed an outlet for my EV car charger. In 3 days everything was completed and I would definitely recommend them.

I think about green energy every single day. Also I try to use it in my life. I changed all my bank statements to paperless because I like to save paper and seeing trees around. I started to think about solar also, after researching I tried to meet with the team at Solar Optimum. They offered me a system that would cover 100% of my usage. After getting the permit from the city, they started installation and soon were DONE. It was so fast and clean installation. I am so happy for save the energy for future.

When I saw the roof of my friend's house and asked about solar, He had only one answer, Solar Optimum. I checked their 10 years background in social media and pushed start key for my house and car. They checked my property and roof, also or electricity bill and gave me the best design of panels. I approved it and they did the best. Now I can charge my car at home and pay only $12.00 to city as connection fee. I really recommend them if you like to have solar without any problems.
