awesome support during and after installation. the sunpower app is more than adequate. Both Sunpower and Semper monitor your system. Never did sales try to oversell cells instead a very conservative solution was offered with a detailed explanation . the low rating by Best Company is not at all warranted.

This company came highly recommended and they actually lived up to that recommendation. I have been pleased with the result by even more important were comments by my neighbors and my roofer. First my neighbor was impressed with the quality and the professionalism of the work men. My roofer also commented that he was truly impr3essed.

They give an accurate estimate of what their system will produce. My system has been up and running without problems for 1 year and has basically eliminated my Edison bill. The service provided was exceptional. There is an app from Sunpower to monitor your service. I highly recommend them.

I researched a number of companies in the San Diego, Ca area. This company had the best prices and, as I found out, great service. Headed by an ex-serviceman (hence, vet discount.),they could not have been nicer to work with. HIGHEST RATING!!

I do need to state that the follow-up, after my initial review was above and beyond. More like the service I have received through out the whole process. They have made every effort to rectify this.

Our original interaction with Bob C. in July was terrific, and so was the loan process in August. After that it’s been down hill, permits not getting done in a timely fashion, phone calls, text messages not returned. Almost to the day of our loan needed to get new qualifications we were given a date for beginning of circuit panel upgrade and meter replacement, and needed the loan funded. Now that they have their money, 2 days before the actual begin in of wok they cancelled because they didn’t coordinate with city for inspection. And they have our money!

Best solar company in town! Met a lot of other companies but this company gave us the best quote, helped lower my bill and I’m saving $4,000 a year! I recommend talking to Robert Alva.

Project planning g an installation of panels, inverters, etc. went quite well and we were please. Main Problem is that there do not have enough good maintenance engineers. 2 years after installation one off two inverters failed and needed to be repaired/replaced. It took 3 months overall to get this done- in the meantime electricity production was at 50% of design capacity and my electrical bill went up accordingly! Same inverter failed at the end of 2000. It took the company 2 1/2 month to come and do some repairs. One of the 2 circuits is still not working. It is now 5 months before and I still can not produce the quantity designed and promised. My electricity bill still is up considerably. Also the maintenance department is very hard to reach -phone, Email do not get answered. Message box of main engineer full! Very unhappy with how I as a customer of a very expensive installation gets treated.

After four years of trying to get Semper Solaris to honor their contract of under production I wish I had never done solar and have never gone with this company. It has added so much anxiety to my life. The sales team and production team underestimated the amount of solar that my house could produce and promised me more than the system was able to provide. They are now emailing me false information about my production saying that it is actually meeting specs, and when I called them on it they say whoops we were looking at somebody else’s account. Feels very shady to me. I will update if they eventually resolve the issue. I still very much want to recommend this company under the current situation I definitely cannot as it is costing me $600 a year more than you should be.

Hi Adrienne, our goal is to design and build a solar energy system that matches a customer's historical usage or to produce above that if a customer wishes to add usage, as in an added electric vehicle, pool or AC unit. We appreciate you working with us, in the time since you wrote this review, to beef up your system and get it in line with your usage and contracted production levels. Please feel free to call our team if you have any further needs or questions. Warmest regards.

They pepper their website with words like “integrity, loyalty, and responsibility” and claim that we should trust them to be experts who will “get the job done right.” Having served proudly in Iraq and Afghanistan, I’m offended that they are claiming these values and waving flags as a marketing tool when their competence, organization, and level of service is disgraceful. I hired Semper Solaris for a new roof and solar array because of their sales pitch and because I believe in supporting veterans. It was a big mistake. The project went sideways many times, significantly increased in price from the original contract, and took nearly nine months to complete. The issues were all self-inflicted by Semper Solaris and not problems with permitting (besides them failing multiple inspections). Throughout the project, they consistently failed to communicate with myself and the subcontractors who were working on the project. A quick timeline: 31 May, 2018 - Signed contract and paid deposit 6 September - Main panel upgrade. PG&E disconnects power. Subcontractor electrician (probably not a licensed electrician - Semper would not provide me with his name or license info after the fact) screws things up big time and we don’t have any power for two days. Panel not upgraded. I have to throw out two refrigerators of food. Semper says they will cover it, but never do. 7 September - Semper Solaris installs temporary couplers to get power back on because PG&E will not accept their work. 4 October - 2nd attempt at panel upgrade. Panel is upgraded, but fails inspection. I’m told the roof is scheduled for 17 October. 15 October - Semper cancels 17 October roof install and reschedules for 23 October. 23 October - After moving cars, preparing for the roof install, and taking the morning off from work to make sure things get started smoothly, Semper calls me at 8 AM to tell me the roof isn’t happening that day. 11 November - Roof is started. It is finished that week without major issues besides a large amount of roofing debris that was not cleaned up. 20 November - Semper Solaris contacts me and tells me they no longer have the type of inverter they sold me and try to sell me a different kind. I push back and they agree to install what we initially agreed on. 27 November - One of our cars gets two flat tires in my driveway from roofing debris. Semper does pay for the tire that was destroyed by the nail that went through the sidewall. I patch the other one myself. December - Solar installation. Lost the exact dates. 10 January - Solar passes inspection. Main panel upgrade fails inspection again. PG&E will still not permanently reconnect power from 6 September clusterf*. 16 January - Permission to operate from PG&E (solar, not main panel) 29 January - After finally passing the main panel inspection, PG&E reconnects my power. The PG&E lineman calls me at work to tell me that the electrical work technically passes code but is janky and I should consider having someone revisit the work. 7 February - Semper Solaris gives me access to their monitoring portal. I find that one of my panels is underperforming and reach out. They initially deny that this is the case. 26 February - After struggling to get anyone to respond to my requests, Semper Solaris agrees that the panel is underperforming, but because the panels were installed in the shadow of an exhaust vent on my roof. They point out that in the summer the sun will be higher and all of my panels will work at that point. 28 February - Earlier in the month I had noticed that my attic was full of debris from the roofing work, including trash from the roofers' lunches. Semper pointed out that debris was allowed in the contract, but agrees to clean up the lunch trash and collect final payment. They are supposed to show up at 8 AM. I wait until 8:30 and go to work after they don’t show up. I mail them a check for the balance and clean the attic myself so I don’t have to deal with them anymore. Some other things: Their salesperson did not go on my roof, inspect my electrical, or enter my attic. I asked how he could prepare my contract without examining those things, but he was insistent that they had done an estimate using special mapping software and I shouldn’t expect any significant changes. They ended up sending me change orders that added up to $5,970. All but $300 (dry rot) of those items were foreseeable and should have been in the initial contract. They either wrote the initial contract incompetently or intentionally planned on adding the change orders later to come in at a lower bid. Because of the borderline criminal dishonesty, I got them to drop the extra charges to $2,240 after a significant amount of back and forth. The salesperson also claimed that I didn’t need to replace my gutters. After the roofers started, they claimed that there was no way to save my existing gutters and cut them off. The roofers, who were subcontractors, offered to work under-the-table and install new gutters without Semper’s involvement for several thousand dollars. I declined. I still don’t have gutters, but that will be another expense that was not accounted for in the initial contract. After the 6 September incident and near the completion of my project this February, I requested to have a veteran-to-veteran conversation with Kelly, the owner. I was denied both times and one of the employees noted that she had, in fact, never met him. Two-stars because in the end, I do have a roof and a solar array. Getting here might have taken a year off my life though.

We just completed having a roof and solar installation at our house. This was the worst construction company I have ever dealt with. Their roofing company broke my $500 bird bath. I was also told that when the project was complete we would be reimbursed the first payment since everything took so long. We could not get an answer as to when we would receive the $199. As to when we will actually receive the reimbursement for the birdbath that we hear has been, is anybody's guess. No one seems to talk to one another. My son's installation down the street was even worse. We figured out what the problem was and tried to tell them. They finally saw that their subcontractor installed a meter that was not in compliance with this cities electric company. Hopefully it will get fixed in the next couple of weeks before my son has to start his payment on the system. Knowing him, he will start a claim with the Contractor's License Board. He really feels like he has had to jump through hoops for these people. It seems a real shame because the work that they do seems to be of good quality.

Paul Morgan San Diego, CA

Let me be very clear here, I was a very satisfied customer UNTIL something went wrong. My solar system that was installed by Semper Solaris went down at the end of March. I never would have known this because, like most people, I religiously watched my solar production for the first year of so of solar ownership and then I gradually neglected it more and more. Luckily the company that installed my home battery (NeoVolta) noticed I was no longer feeding the battery from Solar and called me the same day they noticed it. Thus began the nightmare that we will call customer service from Semper Solaris. The never answered phone calls and always returned emails with generic responses that did not address my problem or how to fix it. Eventually we spent 2 weeks going back and forth verifying that the system was in fact not working and that my internet connection was not the problem (despite the fact that I verified that the system was not feeding the battery so it was obviously a larger problem). By middle of May after several emails with photos of my system with no lights showing (because it was broken) we scheduled a service tech to come out in the beginning of June. That service tech merely verified that the system was in fact broken and I needed a new inverter (that they would have to order from the manufacturer….you guessed it they will call to set up an appointment when it comes in.) Now around the middle of June someone calls me with the great news that they could schedule someone to come out July 10. I was informed that I should feel lucky that they were able to call in technicians from Northern California to complete the job so quickly (yes almost 4 months of no working solar was quickly). I received another phone call at the beginning of July letting me know that they scheduled my appointment for a travel day for the technicians and that they would have to reschedule 2 weeks later. After some not so nice discussion and threats of legal action we rescheduled for the 13th at 8:30 am. I was told that they would not need to turn off the power to the house. By 10:00am on the 13th I had not heard from anyone so I called and received no response…UNTIL I called the sales line and explained that they WOULD be getting this done today or they would be hearing from my attorney. About 45 minutes later my tech called to let me know he would be there at 12:30 and it would take 2 hours to complete the repairs. When he got to my house he told me that because I had a different battery that they didn’t install they would be turning of the power to the house. For those of you not in San Diego we are in the peak of a heat wave. I know this is a lot of review BUT when you are spending this much money on something you SHOULD read all of the review because the customer service of this company is horrible! It will cost you thousands of dollars in lost power generation (that the warranty explicitly does not cover) and it will annoy you even more because every time you contact Semper about your warranty problem that they don’t have enough technicians to keep up with they will call you, text you AND email you within 5 minutes from their sales department. They have a great sales team and they do very well at marketing on the name of military owned and the “Semper” name. Honestly I don’t know how the ex-military owner of this company sleeps at night linking his horrible customer service company to the honor, faithfulness and loyalty of the US Armed forces and Marines specifically. They are not the most affordable, normally that means higher customer service and better equipment. Do not use Semper unless you want to go through the same thing in the event that something goes wrong with your system.

It's hard to give Semper Solaris even one star as I have been waiting for 11 months now and I still am being jerked around. I had Semper Solaris include a new roof with the package which was completed in August of 2022. The first time they showed up to install the panels was in January of 2023 which the crew removed a good portion of the room tiles on the back of my house before being informed that the panel brackets were not the correct ones. Because of this, the crew covered the unprotected roof with plastic and left. I was informed at that time a different bracket would have to be ordered. I had to live with plastic on the roof until early May before the roof tiles were replaced and being told that the original brackets that they had in January. I had to deal with plastic covering my roof during three months of heavy rain. I was told my install was scheduled a number of times but it never happened. This last time they scheduled the work more than a month in advance, but again when the date arrived, no one showed up. The things that upsets me the most is they informed the finance company on more than one occasion that the installation was complete and to fund the loan. Another is they are holding me up from finishing my home improvements. You can use your own determination on whether to use Semper Solaris or not. If you are, my recommendation is to obtain the company's owners contact information as everyone I have spoken to just tells you what you want to hear and you see lettle action. I've been requesting the owners contact information for a year now.

This will be a bit of a story but I feel it needs to be told to ensure nobody else goes through it. The schedule that Semper Solaris sends out is a follows: 1. Site Assessment - 1-3 Weeks 2. Design and Review - 1-3 Weeks 3. Submit for Permits - 2 - 10 Weeks 4. Installation - 1 - 2 Weeks 5. Inspection - 1 - 2 Weeks I bought an Enphase battery system from Semper Solaris. The sales person I worked with sold them as the best installers and gave me what I considered to be a good deal. I finished signing contracts on June 6th and design began on June 14th. On June 22nd, the design was completed and I approved it. Permits were submitted on July 10th. This is where everything goes wrong. When I began this install, I already had an existing solar system that offset my monthly electrical costs by around $300. Install began on September 21st and most everything was put on the wall but the installers were unable to onboard it. A week later, I noticed my Solar System was no longer producing and tried calling support. Support was unable to tell me anything and I was left in the dark for a few weeks. Finally after sending an angry email on October 17th, I was contacted by a VP at Semper Solaris who promised to keep me updated with what was going on. Turns out that Enphase had been sending out bad hardware and a large number of customers were affected. Since this was supposedly out of their control, I asked multiple times to have my old controller back in since I was now incurring a large amount of costs with my Solar System being offline. I was told this was not possible and I'd have to wait it out. I looked at my original contract and they explicitly state that they are not responsible for outages related to hardware(this must have happened before). On November, the repaired part was finally installed and my Solar System was finally brought back online. At this point, I had incurred around $600 of additional costs on my electric bill(there goes my good deal). An inspection was scheduled and I was relieved that I was no longer racking up additional energy charges. A week later the inspection occurred and failed. I tried contacting the VP who had promised to keep me updated and still never heard back. On December 28th, I finally get a call that I could be `squeezed in` today to make the fixes for the inspection. I asked if I could schedule a more convenient time since I work from home and need power to work but was told that they didn't know when they could schedule a return. I reluctantly said yes because I'm sick of working with this company to try get what I paid for. It's fair that the issues with parts could be out of their control but the lack of communication is inexcusable. The company is happy to deduct money out of my account but I don't seem to be a priority after they have it. Having my system offline for 2 months gave them plenty of opportunity to restore it to working order before they repaired the battery. If I hadn't had an existing solar system, these timeline may not have mattered and I probably would have at least given 3 stars. Given that I still can't get a status update to this day and I'm getting squeezed in rather than scheduled to wrap up the project makes me feel like I don't matter as a customer. I hope this review helps you avoid the same problems I had.

Besides unacceptable worst customer service ever with overpriced quotes, unprofessional conduct of sales reps coming over with hang over and alcohol breath with shaking hands barely listening to our requests with shaken after all night in the bar hands (Rob, salesman words not mine, mine is just an observation), there is NOTHING military grade service about Semper Solaris…and and I speak as a retired Navy veteran. I am speaking and trying to have upgraded service from them for over a year. Given false promises, fake advertisements for upgraded systems, there is nothing noble resembling military integrity and conduct about them. Executive assistant held me in limbo asking to take off my negative review on Google for almost 2 months meanwhile attracting customers with false advertising of IQ8 upgrade which is available to exciting customers (this came directly from the owner), and false promised service and to be delivered contract masking it with claimed being best solar company yet just simply attracting more and more customers deceitfully attracting new customers with faulty promises and products without a doing legitimate job with improper advertisement yet bound current customer with technically inaccurate and misleading warranty; didn’t even bother to call me when she promised. Everything about them is improper and way below Military integrity and ethics of work delivery and promise.. Look at Truspilot review, it is real evaluation of this company “2” stars. Run away before they will get you with a flow system on false pretense. I don’t do such a brutal negative wen comment for local companies, but Semper Solar sure deserve it. To conclude and wrap it up: Last conversation was to actually deny me a future project. Owner denied it on a fact I posted a legitimate, verified on current advertisement and my own experience honest reviewer. The Fact that false advertisement accusation was based on failling the delivery of IQ8 microinverters and battery systems,, which I temporarily suspended hoping they actually will delivery the promise. Just hear me out… they found me by fake warranty and upgrade is denied, AVOID this company at all costs. Veterans/military don’t treat each other like that, they correct the problem and move on, refusing service has to be legitimate. I don;’t believe it is even veteran own or founded, and all the Jets Co-founder can afford to fly on your honestly earned money will not be of all mistreatment, below optimal product and inferior product. Trustpilot has a true reflection of their performance or lack of it. (2 stars is noo much for their performance).

They are the worst possible Company !!!!! They put our solar and AC in July last year and two weeks later our whole house had water damage from it leaking into our floors , walls and ceiling. All of the owners mangers and employees ignored or never called back and hung up on us when we contacting them. We had to threaten to sue and go to the better businesses bureau for them to contact us. By then we had to take apart our whole kitchen and some of our walls because it was completely damaged and rebuild it. They took no responsibility at all. Our insurance sued them and helped us with most of the repairs. Still to this day we have problems with it leaking and other stuff wrong with it and they keep sending people out to fix it and they never fully fix it. Even asked to have the manager come out but they will not speak to us or come out. If you wanna keep your home how it is and not damage do not spend your money on these horrible people and horrible business. Had to uprooted my whole family for a year living in a construction zone had to have one of my kids live with their grandparents. grandparents. IF YOU GET ANYTHING FROM THIS DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR HOUSE TO STAY INTACT.

I contracted Semper Solaris for my solar system back in February of 2022. It started out ok and then it quickly turned into a disaster. First, I asked for the permit that they got from the City. It turned out it was the wrong name on the permit. It was the previous owner. They did not catch it I did, and the response was we can still use it. I was adamant about getting a new one with proper name on it. After going back and forth they did. Fast forward a few months after that. I got a phone call saying they are ready to install. It will be a 3-day job and we will be cutting your ceiling out and running the conduit through your place. I live in a condo not upstairs to go through and was not going to go in my neighbor’s place. That was different than how the first guy that came out told me how it was going to be done. I was informed that it would all be in my garage. So, they sent someone else out and we talked. They said that it was not allowed to do it that way. We came up with a plan to run conduit down the building to my unit and then cut in that way. You guess it another permit had to be gotten due to there issues. Now it is July and it got installed. Well, that is not the end. They didn’t not follow the plans. They kept in all in my garage which I am happy about. The app does not work as I need a WIFI booster so it can connect, and they can update it. They have known about this since it was installed. The inspector came out was not too thrilled with it. But he was ok I can see what you did. Guess what it did not pass inspection. They ran the wrong conduit nipple, so it failed. Mind you this was on July 15,2022. Not only that being an issue it was left on. After emailing and getting no response. I had to call and try to figure out what is going on. The company knew it failed this week. I had gotten no calls about it. Saying well no one knew expect one person and they are out sick. This is utterly not true. They have no way of figuring out how to get it work with the app so when it is finally approved for them to update the system to work correctly. Now I am sitting here wondering what else they did wrong. If you cannot follow simple plans when it comes to conduit. How do I even know if everything else is done correctly? They said they will send one of the companies’ foreman out to look over and make sure it is done correctly. How can I trust him? I can I trust any of their work. Now I am paying for electricity from the power company and paying for the solar which is essentially a paperweight. I am trying to work with them right now. Because it is installed and paid for. If I was you and looking for solar. I would go somewhere else. One more thing about it. A phone line was cut and never fixed. I do not know if it was live or dead. Since no one complained it was not fixed. I was told since it no one complained it wasn’t going to get fixed.

AWFUL, DISORGANIZED, INCOMPETENT (2.5 yr disaster) Work with literally anyone else. I engaged Semper to install batteries and hook up existing solar panels I already had on my roof. This took them 2.5 years. I spoke to literally 30+ people over the course of the project, none of whom had any idea what was going on at any point. They failed inspection 3x. They installed a safety bollard in the middle of my garage turning it into a 1-car garage which obviously doesn't work. The cherry on top was that they reviewed my account and attributed this disaster to regulatory complications, when for instance my project languished in their design review for 6-wks while we underwent utility black outs during fire season and my children took freezing cold showers. These guys are clowns and one of the biggest time sucks of my adult experience. Use their competitors.

Semper Solaris Complete Failure Semper Solaris was paid $1000 and acknowledged our contract of $28,950 for the installation of two Tesla Powerwalls on 7 November, 2020. The filing for the SGIP refund was stalled until this installation was approved by PG&E on 4 December, 2020 for a refund of $26,400. On 9 December, 2020 I was informed by Semper Solaris we must wait for Tesla to ship the Powerwall batteries, currently on backorder. Semper Solaris expected to receive the batteries in March to April 2021. On 11 January, 2021 Semper Solaris requested a site assessment, and was sent detailed diagrams and documentation of our current solar panel installation. The site assessment was completed on 12 January, 2021. The contract project then entered Semper Solaris Design and Review process. On 1 February, 2021 Semper Solaris billed me for a change order, as they determined the batteries would not be installed in our garage, as pre-planned, but must be installed “within a free standing structure”. I asked for more information as to the exact location of this structure and noted my fears at this installation being at risk due to the lack of communication and progress of Semper Solaris, requesting weekly updates. Theses updates never occurred, and I declined to pay for this change order without more information about the details. I sent Semper Solaris another request for information regarding this recent change order of over $1600, stating I was very concerned the lack of communication and slow construction process. I stated if Semper Solaris did not provide a design document within one week I would ask for a refund to pursue this installation with another, more responsive, solar contractor. On 16 February, 2021 Semper Solaris finally explained, in one cryptic sentence, the installation must be up-stream of our generator installation to avoid system electrical damage. On 24 Febrary, 2021 I objected to this change as I did not want the batteries installed over ¼ mile away from our home, isolated at a distant corner of our property. I again complained about a complete lack of any communication with Semper Solaris for the entire month of February. On 24 February, 2021 Semper Solaris explained they could put the batteries in our garage for a fee $11,100, or build a smaller free standing structure for just $600, or half their original estimate. On this date I approved the change to a free standing structure, with the stipulation I receive a drawing showing the installed location. On 2 March, 2021 I received a diagram of this free standing structure, showing how the batteries would be placed on posts connected by steel channel. The change order noted the batteries would be installed by the “Main Panels”. I made the mistake of assuming the “Main Panels” were the electrical panels on our garage, next to the generator and PG&E feed into our garage and home. I sent Semper Solaris an electrical diagram showing exactly how our home is currently wired to both PG&E and our standby generator. On 9 March, 2021 I received a confusing document and asked for clarification. I received this clarification on 11 March, 2021, finally showing the installation was to be at the lot line, almost 2000’ from our home. I was told any additional information would have to wait until the construction plans are drafted. I approved these changes, fearing any more delays. On 1 April, 2021 I received notice the building permits had been submitted. I signed a waiver for any damages or risk involved in my generator installation, absolving Semper Solaris of any harm. Semper Solaris disappeared, despite repeated requests for progress updates, until 20 May, 2021, when Semper Solaris sent copies of the building permit requests. Semper Solaris disappeared, despite repeated requests for progress updates, until 12 July, 2021, when I received a note saying they are “working to get a tentative install date scheduled for before 12/4/21.” Semper Solaris disappeared until 4 September, 2021. I no longer requested any information from Semper Solaris, feeling this project will fail, and I will simply receive a $1000 refund. On 4 November, 2021 I received a note saying installation is scheduled for the 10th and 11th of November, 2021. I received a bill for $22,840. Not having the amount in cash I paid by CC, costing me an additional $686. Semper Solaris crew shows up, and in three days, working from ~10:30 am to ~ 1:30 pm accomplishes the digging of two holes and setting two posts in concrete, adding steel cross bars, installing 3” NMT to the main PG&E panel, and hanging two Tesla Powerwalls, a distribution panel and the Tesla Gateway. Not a single wire was pulled. This work crew of Ty and Nathan spent their time dealing with a truck with faulty brakes, waiting for PG&E to resolve an electrical safety issue, and constantly discussing on their phones issues with missing parts, parts delivery, work scheduling, and, for hours, with another solar installer, Citadel Electric, arranging new jobs for themselves and several others. They hated Semper Solaris as much as myself, and for the same reasons - management incompetence. I learned Semper Solaris had these batteries for several months, since April, but no one at the North California office wished to do this distant installation, as it entailed driving all the way from Modesto and lots of digging. Semper Solaris simply did not wish to do this contracted work. After paying over $24,000 I was getting extremely nervous over the lack of progress, facing the SGIP deadline of December, 2021. On 23 November, 2021 no one showed up for work. On 24 November, 2021 Semper Solaris filed to a SGIP extension. On 24 November, 2021 no one showed up for work, this after a promise a crew would show up and work until the job was completed. On 24 November, 2021 I participated in a telephone meeting with several Semper Solaris managers. After being told explicitly a crew would show up to complete the work on 1 December, 2021, the crew shows up to dismantle all the previous work, moved all the equipment into my garage, and promptly departed. On 3 December, 2021 the SGIP extension was approved by PG&E. On 6 December, 2021 I formally notify Semper Solaris I consider our project contract invalidated by their repeated installation failures. Semper Solaris continues to blame me for their failure, citing electrical code issues, completely unrelated to their scope of work, discovered in November, 2021, during the only 3 days of works they accomplished. On 8 December, 2021 Semper Solaris informs me of another site assessment to be accomplished the next day, 9 December, 2021. On December 10 Semper Solaris informs me “it would be best to cancel the contract.” “Your refund will be processed once we receive the equipment.” I immediately counter they will not be allowed to touch the equipment until I receive a refund, knowing after 15 months of their “process” capability. I counter by offering to buy this equipment “at a fair and equitable price.” On 21 December, 2021 Semper Solaris informs their legal team is completing the contract closure. On 6 January, 2022 I receive from Semper Solaris the contract, wherein they sell me the Tesla Powerwalls and related equipment for the entire $24,525.20 paid them over the last 15 months. I consider this unacceptable, as I am paying them for work never attempted, let alone completed.
