It was a tough decision to make the right choice. After having a detailed comparison. we find out that everyone was offering the same material & inverters, the only now we have to look is for was more of a local installer & a good reputation. We noticed a good turnaround time of our sales guy, bill. He we prompt & his attention to details made us more comfortable to select rumos chem as our solar installer. I had few complaints with Tesla PWR3 unavailability & delays, but honestly these guys have nothing to do with that. I still can't imagine how quickly they manage to get one PW3 for my project & hats off to the project manager, Michael whose experience made it happen before year end. The system is active now & i have started seeing the results as expected. I had one outage, but the system managed to survive as I was explained before. Panels are producing really well. I am more than happy to recommend Rumoschem to other people who are considering going solar in my closest relation & neighborhood. Hats off guys. you really did a great job.

The team was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain all of my options, helping me choose the best system for my home and energy needs. The installation crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless when they finished. I was especially impressed with how they handled all the paperwork and permits—everything was taken care of, which made the whole process so much easier. Since the system has been installed, I’ve seen a noticeable reduction in my electricity bills, and I’m excited. good company to work with in baltimore MD area. Panels are fully operational now, I am expecting them to come over and add another battery backup in next month. My previous experience was great when these guys installed solar panels on my rooftop. I would love to give them more business in the future for my other property in Harrisburg.

Our salesperson, Emily, was very honest and informed about what the system could handle. The actual installation went perfectly and was entirely automated. I was initially a but skeptical about purchasing solar panels for my house because I thought they wouldn’t be worth it. After meeting with Jay, he guided us through a cost-benefit analysis and each step of the solar power process. After realising solar was a reliable and cost saving alternative for our energy needs, we made the purchase. The entire experience from start to finish has been excellent and I credit Jay for ensuring everything went smoothly. My representative that I dealt with at Rumos C. was Matt. He was very responsive. Every time I had a question or concern, he was able to get me an answer, and if he didn't have the answer, most often within hours of the question he had my answer for me. Matt was able to accommodate my requests in regards to material delivery and install dates. I am very happy with their services.

My previous installer went out of business, during the storm we loose power several times. After some time I noticed few problems with my installed system. One of my friend provided me their contact information. I immediately reached Rumos Chem Alexandria, VA office & that guy Sam attended so well. He send his technician on my property & he fixed the issue in no time. After that I even installed a battery backup system & add few more solar panels by Rumos Chem. They are really good with their work.

Rumos Chem people have been very professional from beginning to the end. The project manager has been very patient in explaining every step of the system setup process. Payments are collected in different phases which made it comfortable to handle payments. It takes time to learn the monitoring system but he has been very patient all the time.

An upgradation was required in my system, I reached out to Rumos chem installation team as my existing installer went out of business. These guys not only installed the additional solar panels but also fixed few bugs in my system which I was completely unaware of. I realized that I should have reached them out before to install my system at first place, so at least my journey going solar, could have been more comfortable.

Our system was fully operational, when I have rumos chem install my solar back in 2022. And after a year I requested them to install a battery backup system with my existing system. Now Its a full-on hybrid system which helps my solar panels produce energy even during power outage.

Rumos chem is one of most finest solar installer in Houston area. I got several proposal, but I narrowed myself down to 3 installers and the reason I selected them was, they have done good number and quality of installs in my area, responsive and professional employees took care of my project from the start.
