I am waiting for corrections to instalation and waiting to have the system turned on. It has been two months. Still no stand by generator information or help. Not very pleased at the moment. Until things mentioned are corrected cannot recomend this company. Two months is two long to wait.

Dylan's presentation misrepresented what this program really is. Now we are stuck with long peak hours and a load controller, that can turn your AC off in the hot summer months! Expect copied and pasted texts but very little real communication throughout this process. Issues and questions went unanswered or deflected to others.
