I ordered my unit over 20 days ago. I’m unable to login I have received no emails, I believe I am being ripped off. How can I contact these people? This is the most elaborate scam so far today. So disappointed again.

Terrible communication and months of delays after I had already paid for permitting and done everything on my end. I still don't have my panels and am fighting with them too get a refund so I can take my business elsewhere.

Hi Henry, thank you for reaching out about the issues you've experienced. We contacted our Maintenance Team, and we weren't able to find any issues with your production. After reviewing your proposal, your system is expected to produce the majority of its yearly energy in the spring and summer months, which would explain the reports you were seeing.

Now that the sunnier, spring months have arrived, your solar production should only increase from here--it can be a little discouraging to see a higher bill in the winter, but your system should produce enough extra energy in the coming months to offset the higher winter grid usage.
